I had a bunch of other cars to get done and was pretty busy but it should be up today

Maserati GranTurismo S 2008

I went a little bit more form over function on this one as I really wanted to have a large camber in the front and have it looked raised up at the back. I also wanted it to be white and blue like the traditional Maserati colors. I painted the wheels blue, but it wasn't enough to give it enough of a contrast with all the white. Luckily I found a paint that is just the slightest bit blue and gets much darker blue in the shade so it looks white with blue in certain angles. Now I really like the way the car looks and good thing is it performs great too.

P.S. I have some super great shots of this in my gallery along with many others. Please click here

Nissan N24 Schulze Motor Sports 2011

Another car I got asked a ton for so here it is! I said yes to making this car before I realized it was a 4WD which I do not like at all for drifting, but the guy who asked for it said he already bought it so I had to make a tune. It is really strange 4WD because it does not have a torque shift adjustment so I have no idea how much power is going to the front and back wheels and everything to determine that I had to basically make the LSD do. It's not too bad of a car and is good for bumpy tracks I find which is good, but since it's 4WD it just can't get super big drifts like a FR could. That being said I still got in the 26000 range at Tsukuba which is pretty good it's just hard to replicate over and over.

I also have a racing tune for this car here

Shmo i will try it out tonight or maybe tomorrow ;D looks good ;)

I think you'll like it I was drifting a lot with it last night online and could make like every corner connect at every course I went to so its pretty easy and fun

Anyway you could do a DB9 tune I have one all prepped up for drifting but it's just too hard to control on the stock set. Please and thank you.

It's something new about BMW 2002? This car is so strange but i love it.

Are you asking for a tune or just telling me lol?

There is a tune for one in the drift section in the drift tune thread, but what year you asking for cause there's two?

Shmo the Gran Turismo is... ON THE SPOT! i didn't have to change ANYTHING! I have been sliding it around tsukuba today, for a WHILE, and it drifts so well.. I think i have improved after this session with it.. seriously. I made 500km with it just today! :dunce:
I dont know if you tried, but if you change the tires to a higher ones, you can drive quickly (not racing, but quickly) and still have lots and lots and lots of fun in the corners! Cape ring is a laught with this car! In confort Softs ;) thank you for the tune, i went from 19.000 points in tsukuba with my tune to 25.000 with yours.. I dont know how much you average, but for me, with this car, 25.000k is good :sly:

The car is smooth, very smooth, the lag in 3 gear disappeared (mine has a lot, when i change to third, it cuts the power! i dont know how to fix this :S), and you can push beyond limit and still you dont spin out. ;)
There's a lot to say about it shmo, good car for drift, acessible to everyone, good sound, good looks, good handling in-drift, mid-drift, out-drift. I even managed to do the straights in great high speed drifts easily ;)

Keep tunes coming man, they are very good and user friendly ;)

Thanks I'm happy you liked it. There are some cars where you can just tell they will be a good drifter after the first run and that's what I found with that car. It made it easy for great drifts and tough to get into trouble. Also I use to aim for 20,000 with all my cars continuous drift there, but I upped it to 25,000 so basically every car in here is capable of at least 25,000.

I'm doing a vantage tune soon enough so hopefully you can finally pass that 30,000 mark

Nssan Fairlady Z 300ZX TwinTurbo 2seater (Z32) 1989

I really like the 300Z, it's my all time fav out of all Z cars especially with the twin turbo engine. I like it so much I'm thinking about getting one in real life. However I do not find it looks as nice in gt5 for some reason. As for drifting it's good and always lands consistent drifts, but again for some reason gt5 doesn't capture it's essence. Also I'm thinking this should work with all of the 300z models.

Bugatti Veyron 16.4 2009

This is a Team Shmo tune made by TheyViper. Veyron is insane in everything and drifting is no different. It is super fast, but easy to handle with more than enough control due to the 4WD. I first tested this tune and it seemed good, but felt I may be able to improve it just a little. I made a few changed, but it never really improved so I just left it alone. The transmission also looks weird, but it has 7 gears so even tho you may think driving in 5 or 6 is too high there is still a entire gear still left. It really will surprise you.

P.S. what a perfect car to celebrate the 200 post lol

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Super Rally Car 2003

This is my first rally tune and I was not sure which garage to put it in as rally is kind of a cross between drift and racing. I choose drift because all the same techniques to drift is applied to rally. For example feathering the throttle around corners and emergency brake turns. I originally made this car for the drift seasonals where they are on dirt tracks because I always have trouble with them and figured i would help everyone out, but than I decided to make a full out rally tune which I'm sure you could use for the seasonals as well. It's pretty basic just use standard drift techniques, but do not aim for high angle around the corners think of it still as a race with sliding. If you have never tried rally before I would say go to your PS3 right now with this tune and try it on Toscana the first track. It is a time changing one and I was blown away by how much fun it was to drift while it starts to turn to night, it's seriously amazing.

P.S. I have some super amazing shots of this in my gallery here.

Amazing tune, I've had the Super Rally Evo for quite awhile, but have never found a tune until now.

Good setup you have here Shmo. I have rarely drifted but want to at least gold the seasonals for the dough and the fun of it. What can you recommend for a couple of beginner cars, something that is forgiving and relatively easy to drift, if there is such a thing? I'm not looking to conquer the world at drifting like I am in Time Attacks, but to be able to hold a decent drift and gain enough points to gold the Seasonals.

My intro explains some tips and cars to choose depending in your level. For seasonals they have the driving line turned off but pretend its there and try to follow it like you would raving only a bit more side ways lol. You get like a million bucks a piece usually to complete them so I think everyone should learn how to drift just a bit. The higher powered car the easier it is to get it to drift but tougher it is to control of you don't no what your doing. The 599 may be a good car for seasonals as I find it easy but enough power to get the high points needed to gold them.

Subaru IMPREZA Rally Car '03

I made this for the Eiger Nordwand rally event seasonal, but it can be used as a normal rally car too. I could of went with a newer model, but I like this one the best and it drives just as well. You can easily win this event just be slow and make sure not to hit the walls at all. It literally took me hours to complete this because I kept driving so fast and would just tap a wall and lose, made me so mad. I than went fairly moderate pace and got 4min time which is 30sec ahead of what gold is so driving real slow you can still get gold. I find it very controllable and easy to drive and think it has potential to good times as well just i am not the driver for it. A few tips for this event and all rally really is pulse the gas don't just slam on it around the corners and do the same with the brakes. If you keep tapping the brakes to slow down you can slow down sooner than if you just slammed on them.

AC Cars 427 S/C 1966

You may wonder why I didn't choose a Shelby Cobra as it is premium and looks debateably better and the reason is simple. The cobra cost like half a mill and i already had 2 AC which I haven't tune at all yet. I'm sure this tune will apply to the cobra tho as this is a bit more power with higher weight, but the cobra is a bit less power with less weight. So virtually the same. Drive this car with no tune and try to drift and apply a tune you think is good and keep trying till it drifts well. Than try this tune and You will be amazed. it was not easy at all to get it to follow any sort of line and took some time to make it drift and not just slide. Over all I really like it and it beat my 599 best time finally at Tsukuba making it in my top 5 drift cars.

Honda S2000 2006

The first time I ever bought a S2000 was for drift. I had heard lots of people saying how they are good to use etc so figured I will buy one and it will help me learn to drift. I sucked with it and hated the car eventually converting it into a race car. Haunted by the fact that I could not use it as good as everyone else I just tried to pretend it didn't exist. Until now. I had to concur my fears of this car and had to make a monstrous tune. After trying to drift with it again after all this time and a lot more experience I have to say that the car is not very good. No matter what I did it always came out ok, but nothing special due to very low power and disgustingly low torque. After quite some time testing I have made the greatest S2000 tune out there. It is a beast. If you have a better tune please tell me and I will try it right away because I can not see that it can get possibly get better than this one.

I got bored once and I have a Catterham 7 fully tuned (I forgot to swap tires) and drove it on Indy road, in practice mode. Even though I wasn't a drifter back then, I was easily sliding through every corner... Without using E-brake!! It was insane!
