You can find others including one from mistersafeway here.

I like this one from jwill.

I raised the fg to get an indicated top speed of 258mph.

Here's a copy of the earlier 1:01.8xx lap. Sorry about the quality but all I have to use is my phone.

That's a fantastic lap! I assume you use a steering wheel? I don't know anybody that uses a controller that could get a lap that clean.

I'll have to try out some of the tunes. I've been using it stock. The only thing I ever changed was the steering sensitivity and the Tranmission top speed.

Safeway can go quicker than that using a controller but I think he has also switched to a wheel. Try out the set up, it's awesome. Believe in it and just practice with that set up.

Yeah :D

I'm not gonna try and whoop yas all (Like that'd happen anyway) :D But I do love this car. Especially for the endurance races. I got a 5 minute time on the 'ring once :D That was a proud minute for me :D......Until I smashed into the wall.....:D

Everyone also post if you are running with wheel or DS3. That makes a major difference, especially with this car.

I agree. Practiced DS3 users have an advantage in how quickly they can go from lock to lock and quickly throw the car around.

But a disadvantage in throttle and brake control, and we can't be as precise in cornering

With the x1 it's either 100% on or off in regards to throttle and brake. Steering accuracy and smoothness needs to be developed.

I agree with this. Going into a corner, my finger is off the throttle, and coming out of it, it's 'floored'. Right now I'm just having trouble finding a line through. I'm either finding the steering too touchy when I enter a corner, or too hard. Regardless of the speed.

Guess I just need practice :D

Most corners can be taken at 100%,. In other corners, the quicker you can go from 100% to 0, and back to 100%, the quicker the lap will be. Brakes rarely require more than a quick 100% jab.

Probably easier with controller but infinitely more fun with a wheel.

Is it true that you can go fastwr without abs? Its not easy to do no abs on a DS3 even when i use L2 R2

I don't use abs and safeway never used it with the ds3. However, I think it helps with the Vettel challenge at Suzuka. I had to put it on 5 I think to make it around the hairpin quicker.

My main problem is the last chicane, if i brake where everyone else does, I carry way to much speed into the corner and end up in the green, even with brakea on 10/10

Red box?

I make the decision to brake at the Suzuka banner before I actually get there. If you decide at it , then you overshoot it probably, but that is where I'm on the brakes.

Go to suzuka now, look at the left of the track and look for a red box on the rail. is thay roughly whrere you start braking?

There is a marker on the right side just before the banner. I decide to brake there and I'm braking as I'm crossing the shadow from the banner on the track. I think people use different markers depending on their reaction times. I'm older so I probably need to react sooner to do what I need. :dopey:

Remote races! :D

Best and easiest way to get it. Especially if you use the widget to automatically run your races.

First Bob? Put six on share and I'm sure a couple of us will run your bobs for you. Much quicker this way and only takes a few days to get to level 40.

What do you mean first bob?

And yeah, couple of days of doing this, I had my bobs up no problems. :)

Sorry, Element said something about first Bob. He should have 6 up by now. Sounds like we are a friendly bunch in here and will help him get to level 40.

I'll run the widget over night for you. Send FR to oshawa-joe.

I have 6 bobs but I has no psn access.
