That particular lap was done with a Driving Force Pro in 200 (180) degree mode.
Actually, I couldn't have shaved 2 seconds off of it, but more like 1.5 seconds.
I've had a split at T3 about .7 seconds ahead of the T3 (2'13.8xx versus 2'14.5xx in that run), and I know I lost time in other areas to add up to .8 seconds.
So I think I could get like a 3'16.5xx lap at best.
And yes, I've spent plenty of time on Complex String.
I do not know what the setup on the car was (that run was done over a year ago the same as my F094/S time was) but I do remember that ASM was 2 and TCS 3.
I have a really low 3'30 lap in the Denso Sard Supra which happens to be the FR world record there as well.
I wish I had access to my replays, because I'm more proud of the few times I did on GT4 last year than any of my GT3 records.
I'd really like to be able to get my 2'06.560 at S4 posted (it's by far the fastest US time and 2nd in the world. Fastest wheel time there as well. It's been over a year, and it still stands as 2nd. Kind of surprising. =) ) and I only played 'seriously' for two - four weeks on 900 degree mode.

I went back and read through the particulars of the record holders. I didn't realize a dual shock controller could be that good. If I had to drive to work with a DS2 there'd be carnage.

That's freaking awesome........but I have one question for you......
How the heck did you save a replay at complex string??.......WTF?? If you use the controller it'll let you but if you use a wheel it won't. And you clearly were using the wheel.........so how??.......
