What are the upgrades for the Golf by the way?
Any Just make the HP and weight match.
I can use all weight and perfomance parts then ballast and limit the power to reach the specs or is there specified parts to be used to reach the specs?
You asked this already .

MrMelancholy15B-Spec's too slow to dislike any tuning setup. Gets out "yes, this car felt very poised at 4/10ths."
Well, when I said to him pace up the car felt a bit too loose from what I saw, but just that.. He did a 2:17.4 at GV.
MrMelancholy15Which class is that? xD That's either a miserable GS lap, or a slightly poor ST lap.
B-Spec driver lap on a ST Golf.
MrMelancholy15Racing Hards at 220~ hp? Seems okay. Iirc, ITCC lap times were 1:05s at 276 on Grand Valley East reverse, so, let's add a minute... B-Spec is slow.
230HP with Sports Soft (B-Spec GV Endurance race doesn't allow Racing and Comfort tires.)
MrMelancholy15Okay, so, 2:14 would be a likely Racing Hards time. It might be reasonable, but, it's still a bit slow... Stupid B-Spec.
I'm going to really test the Golf ib the morning (already Friday here ) after waking up and having breakfast.
MrMelancholy15So, you're an hour ahead? Okay, I'll remember that.
Good luck with the tune, can't wait to race with you. P.S., we have to make the baseline tunes at Grand Valley now.
is it too late to join this?
Just let me know what class and cars are available and I will build it.
