I haven't played pCars but I would say The Crew's photo mode is more similar to Forza than GT6 : you can adjust exposure, brightness & saturation, there's some filters too and as the old TDU, you can also modify weather & daytime.

I have had this game a while collecting dustI Never really played it and drove DC most the time, Just added the new WildRun update and photo mode and it has been transformed with this, I love the options changing day/night etc and dirt/dust on..With some help from @RL_23 👍 As said it really needs the wheel speed to vary on motion blur in a patch otherwise its great. Where to photo?!! So many places to stop or see and I am only on the first 2 cars!.. Here is my first go at photomode and a few of the Mustang.. (more to follow later)

Just a thought as quite a few are posting is it worth me starting a thread for the Crew WildRun Photo mode as I did with the Bikes on DC? to keep the photos separate from the main thread> Any thoughts from the regular posters here? Maybe with a limit of 5-10 pics on each post? 800px wide?

Anyways I managed to catch up on summit qualifier runs. I think I am good enough for at lease Gold, Right now 300 into platinum but might not stand for the last 20 or so hours.

Monthly summit is open and just did all but 4 I think FD Stunts/Challenge, PVP and Crew time.
As of right now I stand at 3rd. (Which isn't going to stand long but at lease I got in.)

If you metaled all the qualifiers with a 30% boost, For gold you have 80%, for the bike, then 6% for the rest.

Going to let all that simmer down and do another run at upgrading my times/scores later on.

Spent this fine Sunday playing from 8am til 9pm with my buddy. Went from level 29-49.

I am satisfied with the entire session. Had a fun time. It's nice to just spend a day relaxing, playing The Crew.

Love doing skill challenges, and faction missions. Also Co-op is awesome. Nothing like putting your minds together to formulate a strategy, for.take down missions, and package pickup mission, or just cruising from coast to coast.

If you create a gmail account you can upload, and attach a downloadable photo from your phone in an email, and send it to yourself.

So wherever you have internet access, you will be able to access the photo you sent to yourself.

Nice little life hack I use often.

So, now the devs have worked wonders on this game, my thoughts are turning to a possible sequel and where it should be set.

I'd really like to see Great Britain, set in a 70s or early 80s vibe where you'd have big Jags and Mark 2 Escorts being driven tail out, set within the gritty criminal underworld.

London, Bristol, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Norwich, Nottingham, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff and Newcastle as the major cities in England and places like Stonehenge, the Cotswolds and the Brecon Beacons as the countryside. Scotland could consist of Glasgow and Edinburgh with smaller locales in the North to represent the likes of Inverness.

It seems ambitious, but after they did such a decent job of making a whole continent of states in abridged form, I feel Ivory Tower with Reflections could make it work.

I'll try to make a mock up in photoshop later on.

So my friends and I put some serious effort into the FD Stunts over the weekend. After Friday night I ended up 1st place IN THE WORLD and he ended up in 2nd place. My other friend joined late and he ended up around 9th place. We were up to level 60 in FD stunts.

I checked late Saturday night and I think I was bumped to 2nd place. Still impressive since I didn't play any of the FD Stunts on Saturday or Sunday at all. I could have easily stayed in first if I kept playing the Fd Stunts.

I haven't checked my reward for that event yet but I will tonight. Then I will get started on the final Summit event for this month. I guess that is the one you really want to put the most effort into.

Yea, With 30% bonus for gold it's 80% bike, 6% Monster 6% whatever and 8% CC.
Just added like 15 seconds to the Branded time attack which is once again back into low platinum. Without having the Crew, PVP, and Stunts to go.

I, like @Terje, bought the full version with the Season Pass, and it gave me all the cars the SP covered in Full-Stock spec.

Yup, buy cars=instant garage. Buy credits=you pick the cars/upgrades you want to buy. Since I got the game for free with my GPU, I spent money on the Season Pass, Wild Run expansion and a credit pack. Got me all the stuff I wanted.

@VXR Same as my cars, I have now got to level 5 but can't start a lvl 6 mission yet, What is the quickest way to level up or gain cash for cars in between waiting for a mission if you have done all the ones at your level? I don't find this game the easiest to navigate or find my way around menus..And really want the Ford Cars !

Landmarks (2K per) and skills. Data Stations will help with both.

Later on Faction missions will be another profitable run, especially when you can send "friends" to do it. (Ex. Highway Child nets 16K in 12 hours. (Good for night runs))

I found a glitch in the 360 version. When you go outside of Seattle to the top left most part of the map, there is a small spot called DEF-LOCA or something like that.

Also, I found another glitch where you can drive past the Mexican border (and Canada border). There is a small spot on the southern part of the Mountain States where you can fast travel beyond the border. You can then continue to drive into Mexico/Canada but you have to continue opening the map and exiting to venture further or it'll reset you to the border limits.

Don't know if this works on the other versions.
