That's subjective. As was said, it does not hurt to have.
You have even less X1 drivers doing that seeing as it's impossible to get the car in 99% of rooms. And when there is an issue with ramming, the driver is the problem not the car. If it was the other way around I'd have to ban just about everything since anything can be a ram weapon. Out of 1000+ cars, the X1 has been one of the least troublesome by far.

There is little point getting rid of 'troll' cars. If the X1 and tank car are dropped, they'll get replaced by the FGT and Dodge Ram (or another pickup).
As all cars are already modelled there is no point in getting rid of them now.

Maybe someone has been getting beat by Ford GTs and GT 40s
Seriously why on earth would anyone want those removed from the game. The Ford GT is a beautiful car and it is quick too. Many people would be upset if it was not there.
Many of you don't respect the opinion of others. RedDragon doesn't like the ford gt and gt40, he posted a comment according to the thread of his least favorite cars.

I am not the biggest fan of american cars so I would not care if more then half of then were gone except, of course, the ford gt40

I just want all cars to have fair PP values. If the 2J is faster than all other cars at 600PP then it should have more than 600PP.
If all cars are fairly rated, then nobody has any reason to complain.

Yea, but online racing has a big play in things. I can't tell you how many times I've been creamed online because of Red Bull's. And other cars are just plain overused (skyline, miata to name a few)
The majority of you are saying removing the 10000 variations of cars but just like kaz has said just as many times, these are historical cars that helped shape the motoring world.
Every car is fun to drive whether its a kubelwagen or a veyron (don't like getting trolled? Leave the lobby).
What I don't want to see is a GTR R34 V-Spec II and a R34 V-Spec II (MNP). I don't want to see a Mazda MX5 1.8 98' and a Mazda Miata 1.8 98'. It looks the same, it has the same engine.
I don't see how people have the cheek to complain that cars are missing but then they complain that cars shouldn't be used.

The X1 can't enter a room set up with the slightest bit of effort. Plus removing the car won't do anything except decrease in game content because as soon as it is gone, you'll be rammed by something else.
Removing cars is quite simply pointless in every case.
We need more control given to the room host and more options for managing bad players. What we don't need is a "solution" that does nothing to fix the problem.
That's not a reason to remove them. Unless by overused, you meant duplicated.

I do. Polyphony Digital shouldn't just go with whatever Kaz wants. They should go with what us the user wants. What would you rather, 50 Skylines, 30 MX5s and 20 RX7s, or 100 different, interesting cars? They've duplicated the cars just so they can keep the numbers up when it comes to boasting how many cars there are in the game. There aren't 1050 cars in GT5; get rid of duplicates and near-duplicates and there are probably somewhere between 600 and 700.
There IS a way to please 'these type of people', which is to include icons from all over the world. There are, what, 2 premium Aston Martins, and not many more Jag and Ford premiums. Out of 1050. That's pathetic. You can't just say 'tough ****, you get what you're given', they should take note of what the majority of users want. You can't just say 'make your own racing simulator', as that's just a ridiculous idea that is beyond 99.9% of the users' ability. They, the game developer, should cater for our needs. After all, WE'RE paying out for the game plus the DLCs.
The whole point of my last comment was to cheekily prove its just not do-able without a professional team.
I'm sure they have taken note considering they have shown off a Ferrari of old, a premium countach and others. They can't add every car that every person likes or we will never have a game to play. An icon to you is possibly a car I dislike. An icon to me is possibly a car you dislike. So in matter of fact, there is no pleasing some people.
