Having not played it I'm not positive, but I believe it's Garry's Mod for Half-Life 2.

Is that something I can play with the game? I did a search and all I found were silly clips but no actual game play.

I'm downloading Half Life 2 demo right now from Steam. I want to see if I can play the game with my PS3 controller well enough for the $10 they want for it.
