Is it me, or does your MAL have more episodes than mine?!!:mad:There must be rewatches included in there, I just know it!!:grumpy:

Episodes? or do you mean the amount of shows i've seen in general? :P

Eps: 4,327
Shows Completed: 190

Also, dropping Bleach at episode 300, son I am disappoint. Didn't they resolve the Aizen situation a few episodes after 300? I can't remember when it finally got resolved.

I got bored of the anime once the fillers hit.. i'm sticking to the manga version which is ahead of the anime, naturally :P

BTW, noticed you have a higher mean score than I do for "Completed". Mine is 8.1, your's is 8.4.

:D There hasn't been many anime's i've lost interest in.. I can actually count them on one hand and I dropped them for good reasons :P

Just edited the post to include number of completed shows (which includes specials, movies, etc.) and total episodes.

If I can hit 200 shows by february, i'll be happy.

**edit** i'm not counting the episodes from the dropped anime's.

just the completed ones.

dice - TV: 130
TC - TV: 91

Of course he has more episodes
Uh, I could have just Bleach for example, and I could beat uMadson? in episode count. He has a little more than 100, but he's seen over a dozen shows.

More TV completed=/=For sure going to have more episodes

I'm starting an argument?:odd:

I'm just saying, there are people who could have more TV, but could have less episodes completed than someone who has less.

When Terry gets back he can comment on this...

Up to ep 17 of Turn A, still liking it. Noticed that the music was unusual for a Gundam series, so looked into it, and, Yoko Kanno! Wow! OP is annoying, but everything else is pretty good. Also discovered the designer of the Turn A was the first non-Japanese to design a Gundam, a guy who also worked as a designer on Blade Runner. Tbh, can't tell the common influence, but still cool to know.

And recognize a couple voices. Loran is clearly Edward Elric, and one of the Inglessa Militia guys (Gavane?) is who I generally think of as Jiraya.

It will be if you're going to bug people for links again.

But for the most part, Tierylord is just getting on your case about starting an argument as it really isn't one at all.

*grabs him and puts his head to the floor*

Forgot to mention this also but (Guilty Crown 11)...
Rip Dan Eagleman.:(Killing him off will result in the show going down the quality drain in future episodes.
Yeah, it's a "This again?" kind of moment.

Great Teacher Onizuka is SO. GOT. DAMN. FUNNY.
We argued on MAL episode counts before?

Nice to see you like it 👍 The opening is epic IMO "TURN A TURN TURN A TURN TUURRRRNNN AAAAAAAA!!!":sly:

It's mainly the beginning that threw me off, starting with the Tuvan throat singing, and the operative lady's turn-a-turn turn-a-turn, followed by the ghastly fellows last drawn out "Turn....A!" I'd usually skip over that as fast as I could and then just catch the end. When I stopped and watched the whole thing, wasn't that bad through the middle parts.

Edit:
Is the sequel Turn B?

Silly! A Turn B is still just a B! Turn A = ∀, which is the symbol on his helmet.

17, hm... I can't remember what 17 is about. Do the initials "MB" mean anything to you? If not, you aren't far enough quite yet to be all "holy 🤬!".

Also discovered the designer of the Turn A was the first non-Japanese to design a Gundam, a guy who also worked as a designer on Blade Runner. Tbh, can't tell the common influence, but still cool to know.
That would be Syd Mead. What a lunatic he is.

Five points for you.

...and one of the Inglessa Militia guys (Gavane?) is who I generally think of as Jiraya.
Five more points.

Speaking of Gundam, anyone remember SD Gundam? It's one of the most hated Gundams of all-time. Also, it's one of the few anime to have premiered in America before Japan.

I have to get back to it one of these days. Haven't seen it since I was a kid watching Toonami back when it was on weekdays.

HA HA!!!! Tuvan throat singing :sly:

Edit: I loved SD gundam when it aired here. Watched it everyday after school. Loved the Haro cop
