I was under the impression that those were the Summer 2012 charts....

Why would there be a Summer 2012 chart by now? It took until last month just for the Spring 2012 chart to come out.

Eureka Seven Ao (The show I'm looking forward to the most by far.)
Accel World
Medaka Box-Believe it or not, this is based off of a manga in Weekly Shonen Jump. People were shocked to see the announcement of it getting an anime.
Sankarea
Tasogare OtomexAmnesia

Three of these shows are sequels to shows I've already liked (Fate/Zero, Eureka Seven, Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?).

It isn't. It's not worth your time. Super super mediocre. Mafuyu was awesome. That's about it. You may enjoy it though because moe.

Crap. It shouldn't be this hard to find a good lighthearted comedy show

Drav, Hanasaku Iroha is a drama/comedy that's a bit more of a lighthearted watch. Really really good as well.

I might give it a shot since I just can't find what I'm looking for.

Ghost Hound, Paranoia Agent and Perfect Blue are psychological. Ghost Hound could definitely be put into Supernatural, though. 👍

Yeah it's under the "Mystery, Horror and Psychological" genre with an added "Thriller" next to it... but AOS- is splitting up the "Mystery, Horror and Psychological" into 3 separate genres, from what I understand. So I'm just saying Monster should fall under Horror, not Mystery or Psychological.

Up to episode 4 of High School of the Dead. While this is not the great show the first episode would have me believe, it is still pretty decent. Enjoying it so far. Don't care for how they are already recaping at epi 4, completely unnecessary.

And it shows. While it seems way out of place, it's not really ruining it for me, not so far anyway. It just can't be taken seriously, which is unfortunate because if they kept up with what they did at the first episode, this could be a great show.
