Daath still makes no sense to me as a character in the story... he's like an improvised stand-in slot. The heck, guy?

Animation was a little lacking during the action bits, but whatever.

I see Daath as a surveyor, a watcher, someone looking to influence both parties to carry out a particular set of actions in order to see which of the two parties is more capable.
