You know what moe is unnecessary? Higurashi.

Wrong, but....

Higurashi's moe worked superbly. The gory, dark storyline gives the satisfaction of eliminating the moe.

...not for that reason. Moe is needed in Higurashi for the exact same reason as Madoka; Madoka's just being more easier to understand and accept.

I think me and Sephy would get into a few arguments, e.g. making her 18 so you feel less bad for Shinji-ing to her shower scenes. Oh and there will be yuri too.
