Well, that depends on what you want to see next; if you just want some good ol'fashioned shonen sports action, with all your classic tropes and a basketball game, Kuroko is your best bet. Don't worry about the "emo main character" claims that other people have said, they are overdone. Kuroko isn't "emo", he's just silent most of the time.

Now if you want real emo, plenty of Japanese school boy screaming and the most mind-boggling ending in anime history, NGE should be your choice. Also robot action and Asuka/Rei (pick your favorite and then watch as the other side tries to entice you to join them, haha). It won't be an easy anime to stomach for plenty of reasons (storyline and more gore than a GTA game), but it has quite the reputation... And the opening song is good, if anything.

Ah, you've seen Kuroko? I was pleasantly surprised - I was expecting it to be dreading but it's actually somewhat good.

Actually, I read the manga, but that still counts. The similarities are there. It's no Slam Dunk (from what I've heard), but it's still a good watch if you're so inclined. The reason why I read the manga was due to a friend's recommendation, since he praised it quite a lot. I might be bothered to watch the anime, but I'm not really a basketball fan...

Same here, actually. I had recommended him quite a lot so it was only fair that I do the same!

It's an HK film. People from HK are Chinese.

~Now you know~
Well the properties (especially in foreign relations and business) of HK and China's mainland are very different, so I regard them differently.

NGE is pretty good but I ended up not taking it too seriously because of the declination in animation quality (especially the segment near the end where all professional tools went out the window and the animator died). If you can ignore that then it's great.

Rewatching Date a Live because I've nothing better to do with my life.

Sunday was the last episode of Kiniro Mosaic desu. Sunday moe fix was the perfect end to the weekend desu.

I can't muster up the time right now to process the image to my liking, but here is the second Magic Knight Rayearth figurine we just grabed, this one be Umi Ruyuuzaki. The hair is a bit weird, I know, but it's just a crane prize figure after all

EDIT: I don't know if it's the screen at work or the fact that I edited this at almost 2 AM and was sleepy and didn't notice it, but got damn those are some weird purple-like tones in some zones of the picture. Do you people see them or is it just me?

Yeah, her hair is weird; it looks like an octopus is wrestling with her head and that was the finishing result. But yes, it's a crane prize figure, not an ultra-detailed work of art. The rest looks nice enough, and that's what matters. 👍

Also, I think I'm also seeing some purple bits around her arms and such. I'm not sure if it's just me as well, but I think that's an actual thing.

Awww man. It was the SC finale last Friday...

It was a good ride. Kept us busy for nearly a year when you think about it!

I found the sudden flaming aura + ability to hover kinda off. Did they gain some kind of power the show they reveal or was that some deus ex thing going on?

edit: Okay, @TayeezSA, here's the dealio. I got an idea for a pose for one of the Sonozaki sisters. I just sketched out something to get a feel for it, but it is very difficult for me to wrap my head around this exaggerated perspective. I will try to dish this out as soon as possible.

I had another idea of drawing the two in a gangsta hoodie getup where they bust out a pistol and taser and pose. I was going to go with that initially, but the bloodthirsty i-wanna-stab-you-in-the-face pose sounded way more exciting.

Go with what you desire and take your time with it 👍
The gangsta pose would be interesting though:D

In other news,
I was watching the last few episodes of Initial D First Stage last night and I kept saying to my self, "Those New Balances look cool, nice shoes I say." I went to pick up my brother from the airport and then suddenly I receive these as a gift....

Whaaaaaaat a coincidence..... The powers of Initial D I think are at work here, let me think harder and maybe I'll receive a Bunta Fujiwara Replica Eight-Six or GC8:lol:

They also look like the Poseidon shoes from Ping Pong The Animation too...

Anyways, I enjoyed First Stage, mostly because I enjoy JDM cars too much. I'll start Second Stage today.

Eh. They could have at least used an aura colour that didn't give Dio the appearance a Hamon wielder. Which was... Well, bizarre. Almost as much as Ultimate ZA WARUDO working for 9 DBZ seconds. :P
