Next show to tackle?
Hey, Love Live Sunshine does start on Saturday... I'll watch the first episode of it. Then, I suspect I will likely find Aquors as bad as I think they are and leave it at that. But you never know. They could be great.

Sunshine will be great because of meme master Yohane.

Kabaneri's ending was terrible. Like if they threw the writing department out the window.

Anyways... since summer season is around the corner... What are you guys gonna watch?

Kabaneri's ending was terrible. Like if they threw the writing department out the window.

They were swiftly replaced by members of the Global Rice Science Partnership.

Moral of the series: Never let armoured Zeds, blood poisoning and Bieber stop you from cultivating your dreams.

Ugh...it just looks so fake in those manga panels. :yuck:

Well it's a real-life car trying to live in a fictional manga world, what did you expect? High-grade CGI x Manga realism?

I do question that choice as well, mind you; if the manga designer that Toyota hired took the time to design these panels in manga style, why not change the GT86's style into a manga-based one as well? It's not quite flawless marketing because of that choice, if the car's moving it just looks wrong on the panels movement-wise...

Kabaneri. 4/10.

Because why in the hell would Biba give Ikoma the white serum?

I feel it's because now he thinks he's a coward himself, and Ikoma's exactly the sort of person he was looking for his whole life. In other words, able to beat him at his own game and go against any odds without giving a damn. But we're talking about a villain who has acted so inconsistent, I'm sure you can think of a myriad of possible reasons why he reacted the way he did.

To be fair we are talking about a show that thinks you can rerail a train by leaning on the other side.

I'm also think the same, why the car is not being rendered into manga style drawing make the car looks out of place though. And one more thing, isn't the number plate should be Japanese number plate not UK? I know the concept is from Toyota UK but it looks rather awkward because the whole theme was pretty much Japanese.

I'm still alive. Summary of my recent activity below .

Mayoiga. Don't waste your time. Inconsistent, confusing, dumb ending and pointless side characters.

Samurai Champloo. Rewatched it and actually finished it after nearly 10 years. I love this show. Good throughout. Now lemme get the other soundtracks for it.

Madoka Magica. Only on Episode 2, interesting thus far.

Vaporwave. Too much of that type of music lately with anime gifs as the music video. Enjoyable though. Disco disco disco.

That is all.

Keep your brain active for later episodes. There's a bit to take in, digest, regurgitate and digest a second time.
