I actually like Nichijou more than Steins;Gate. Steins;Gate has a pretty good rewatch value since there's some things you miss the first time around, kinda like FLCL. But IMO Nichijou has a much greater rewatch value.

Hey Sly, did you get Oreimo (I'm still shooting myself in the foot for not seeing the counter when ordering Wednesday night.)? If you didn't already see my posts, it's sold out everywhere it's sold.

Also for anyone searching eBay (Horrible place to buy anime.), all they got is the typical bootlegs.<_<

Because I no longer have internet fast enough to make obtaining new anime practical.

Otherwise, I would. Looks funny. :)
 
I seriously can't believe I once nearly fell for one back in like early 2009, I was so stupid. So many signs it was a bootleg for Rosario + Vampire.

Because it didn't interest me. Only reason why I'm going to try it is due to the hype and talk.
 
No, i didn't get OreImo. For my order I used my paypal debit, which didn't have money at the time because someone didn't send me my money in time so it got declined. Then, I needed to call customer service, but due to timezones, I could only call before 2PMish during the week but I always worked weekdays.

I did get the DTB S2 LE from Sam Goody though.

Nichijou is licensed by Bandai, so idk about streaming.

That was a stupid question of his. My connection is faster than yours and it struggles to load those streams.

He damn well knows this too.
 
In truth, I have one option for downloading large files. But it involves spending hours at McDonalds, since it's the only place on base where my Clear device gets 4G signal. There, I can average 50-100 KB/s, with it sometimes reaching over 300 KB/s.

I'll look into it.

EDIT: The only version of Nichijou they've got on BakaBT is 9 GB. That'd probably take me at least 18 hours at McD's.

She stopped being properly Tsundere after about Episode 5 I think. Otherwise she mainly looks like a love interest for Simon,
then she kisses Kamina instead and Simon cries about it for the rest of the episode.
 
Oh C-ZETA, you just led to me going into mini-rant mode.

Rosario + Vampire and Rosario + Vampire Capu2, they don't follow the manga faithfully which was actually really good, and isn't filled with millions of panty shots per chapter. The anime cut out so many things that made the manga great, and they misplaced various events. All that was left was the romantic comedy aspects. They also cut out the development of the main character, Tsukune Aono. They left him being as weak as he was in the beginning instead of putting in the things that were great character development in the manga.

They took out so much that a third season isn't worth it, an adaption true to the manga would be better. I don't know what Gonzo was thinking, the adaption turned out good, but it made people think the manga was the same as the anime when that isn't the case. Hurray for throwing out the parts that made the story awesome guys!!<_<

Don't get me wrong, I liked the anime adaptions and they were good, but it's kinda of an insult to what makes the manga so great. For anyone who wants to try the series, it's recommended you go with the manga.

Oh boy, that out of print inflation may hurt a little. Right now from what I'm seeing, it isn't too bad. Also, it's going from "Sold Out" to them having copies on Rightstuf it seems.

On your second thing, it was on Crunchyroll long before Bandai got it. CR got it before it premiered in Japan to simulcast it.
 
It's 3:40 AM over here, but it strangely doesn't feel that late.

...Probably a combination of the fact that there's an unusual amount of people active in the thread for this time, along with the fact that I woke up at 6 PM. :lol:

Well, to be entirely honest, I have three connections:

Ship's internet (Painfully slow, frequently down)
Clear 3G (Very slow, plus 5 GB data cap)
Clear 4G (Medium-slow, no data cap, but I have to be at McD's to get signal)
