$67, not bad.

Code Geass has better girls, and I'm not talking about just appearance.:sly:

Steins;Gate 23-24, yaywalter is going to kill me for this.
Episode 23: Holy 🤬, Kyouma was the one who killed Kurisu. Also, where have I heard that stabbing sound? Oh right, from Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal.

Episode 24: I knew it was possible to prevent her death!:idea:You just got to try really hard. He could have tried harder when trying to save Mayuri all those times. If he didn't fail every time, I wouldn't have been trolled so much.:grumpy:

The whole show overall, 9/10. The show barely made it as a 9/10 show for me. Those two final episodes were the final push. The show's first half is what prevented any possibility of a very solid 9, and a 10/10.

I still don't see why this show is considered an absolute masterpiece by many however like Loli.

Also Loli, Gosick>Steins;Gate.:sly:
(Not being sarcastic.)

I'm not gonna kill you, I'm just gonna shake my head in disappointment at how lightly you give out 9/10's. :P

9/10 is near-perfect, which Steins;Gate IMO isn't even close to being. For instance: Noein, a much better show than Steins;Gate imho, only garners an 8/10 from me.

You need the light hearted stuff to help the twisted stuff have more impact, dummy. That's why it's twisted. You can't twist something that's already bat:censored: crazy!

That's a good point. Still, the lighthearted stuff feels somewhat out of place. If only it wasn't so dumb... maybe then it wouldn't bother me so much :grumpy:

Ayase > Everyone else. She's a paraplegic with more balls than Daryl.

YES! Finally someone with good taste around here :sly:

Dravonic said it best; limited positions.

Well, it's not necessarily a problem :3

That's about as good as it gets for $67, Terramisu.

I always go the extra mile to get something outstanding, not just because it looks cool, but it's stands out from the general appearance of all figurines.

I want this one too.

I haven't found it anywhere yet. HobbySearch is out of stock.

Did a search myself, it's practically long-gone, and no one on MFC is selling it.

The hell do people like about Wave anyway? :odd:

I think people like Wave because all the heads are interchangeable, which is amusing, but to me the figures are a little too expensive. I do want the apron Asuka though.

Not cliches, they're plot devices.
Certain plot devices can be cliched.

Also, I forgot to comment on this, but was T-12 thinking I said Guilty Crown wasn't good? Cliches, when they're in a show, it doesn't automatically make it bad. They aren't exactly all bad, and can actually be great.

Guilty Crown was awesome, and then the quality dropped for me two episodes ago.

Well you're talking to someone who can be easily pleased. I mean look at this.:P

Also, 10/10 doesn't mean it's perfect in my eyes (There's always something to be improved on. When I give a show a 10/10, it isn't because I think it's perfect.), so a 9/10 doesn't really mean near perfect. Steins;Gate barely made the 9, and it's a weak 9.

So many 9's better than it. Let's name some shall we.:P
Sekirei, Sekirei: Pure Engagement, Gosick, Excel Saga, Soul Eater, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Durarara!! (Awesome show BTW. Disappointed in how few of people here have seen it, or talked about it ever.:grumpy:), InuYasha, InuYasha: The Final Act, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, Tegami Bachi, and Tegami Bachi: Reverse.

BTW, our friendly AOS- is a tough critic.

That's because the show (Well season 1 anyway.) ended like 7 years ago. The popularity died down, and the otaku moved onto something else, so they had to stop making something not many otaku will buy anymore.

Loli and you need to get on more pre-2006 shows.:lol:Go watch Honey and Clover, you'll both be blown away. Don't let the random weird comedy and the art style of Chica Umino (Who happened to be the character designer for Eden of the East.) turn you off.

No, not at all. That was directed toward whomever wrote that piece from the excerpt you quoted.

Dammit. Ah well. Better snatch up the one I did find now then.

Pre-2006 usually has those stupid animation sequences, so I'm not going to start searching... I've seen quite a few old though.

Age doesn't matter to me, so I don't care what year a show I'm watching is from.

Define "stupid animation sequences".

Ah, you should have read the full review found below though. ANN has tough critics, especially this guy. If something pleases him, it's definitely worth checking out.

I can't remember who did the GC review.

When the animation style goes completely ridiculous, wacky and over the top. Example: Edward freaking out because someone called him short.

I can't handle that stuff anymore... Completely takes me out of the show.

I see it in newer stuff at times still.

Age doesn't matter to me, so I don't care what year a show I'm watching is from.
Age kinda does matter to me (Though that's not why I watch, or avoid certain shows.), I make various points like "For it's time this was top-notch animation." or "Fruits Basket looks like it was made a few years ago, but the reality is it was made in 2001.".

I don't really consider FMA "old" but okay. :P

I'm a few minutes into a movie called Hoshi wo Ou Kodomo and I just want to say that it looks beautiful.

Oh cool I didn't know that. I just hated Wave for making crappy looking figurines in swimsuits...

At least I can criticize shows rather than giving everything 9 and up.

FMA:B has those too...

But I agree, I can't stand them either. Have to try and ignore them I'm afraid.

So can I, I have criticized Demon King Daimao and Chu-Bra!! so much. Though there are others I could criticize (Shattered Angels, Yokuwakaru Gendaimaho, the Naruto movies to name some.), but I don't really feel like talking about. Also, did you not notice all those 7's and 8's?

I'm not freaking Dubs4life who gives EVERYTHING an 8 or higher.
http://myanimelist.net/animelist/Dubs4life&show=0&order=4

Also, there's being too critical, and not critical enough. Everyone fits in this spectrum, especially Simon Cowell. I can be critical, I'm just not a big critic as I said here.*AOS- has stopped reading due to a link to a forum post.*

Shows that look like GITs definitely don't have it. That style never has that stuff, never.

Gits isn't extremely serious, it's not all that serious. There is some humor here and there, but it's far from extremely serious.

Also, I'm mainly referring to the art style. Any series with that art style won't have stuff like Ed freaking out over being called short.

I don't know. I was posting, and then bam, my name was red.:scared:

I need to know who did it.
