Nice!
"Lifting such big boobs is strenuous exercise, so back to bed!"
"But it's Wednesday! You know what happens on Wednesdays!"
"Business time is also strenuous exercise!"

I asked my friend and the files he gave me for F/SN have both sub and dub on 'em.

So I'ma rewatch episode 10 to reacquaint myself with the story.

You are really, really stubborn about that. If no one is selling it over here, why worry about it? Hmm?

And if someone else is selling it, they'll probably turn around and use that money to support the industry.

Or you could keep falling back on excuses to not watch some of the classics and then hand out 10s and 9s to new stuff, while you have yet to come to terms with the history of anime a bit better.
What about if it's being sold in Japan, or it's an import?

Depends on who's selling it, many sellers at times aren't even fans of the show. They just buy it, wait until it's sold out, turn around and sell it at higher prices.

Also, One Piece, Rurouni Kenshin, Rurouni Kenshin: Reflection, and Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal (To name a few of the 10 some anime I've given a 10/10.) are new? They're all over 10 years old.
It's your fault for not getting into anime earlier so now you have to pay the price. Problem solved.

:D
How about no still?

I'd rather spend money on something that's in print instead of paying much higher than the MSRP on something out of print. It's idiotic to try buying this for example.

I find it more productive to buy stuff that's in print over stuff that's out of print, and not worth it anymore like this.

That's much higher than the price it was being sold here (Before it sold out before it's release date.).

I was thinking the same thing. Also <3 Bridget.

BTW AOS- what are those characters from? EDIT: GOTDAMMIT!!! There's another Queen's Blade coming out?!?! How do they get money to keep making that garbage?!?!
Because it appeals heavily to the Japanese otaku, and because of those Japanese prices. If they were selling it for US like prices there, then it wouldn't earn enough money to warrant more.

Looks like I need to stop sleeping till 2pm if I want to keep track of this thread. Oh well, I'll fix it next week or something.

TheCorvette, just acquire from Internets, then purchase when license comes up again, since you seem to object to resellers so much as well. Though it seems really do enjoy tying your own hands together and then telling us why that is somehow better.

Back on the C.C. topic, its the legs combined with the outfits. I dunno, I'm a less is more kind of guy.

And for hair color, I'm more of a purple hair person, considering I've courted more than a few girls with it. Purple > Blue > Teal > Green > Orange > Steins;Gate

Now, here is some old art to get you all off my case.

Is this thread on repeat? because somebody be re-re-re-re-reposting images. *air scratches turn table* [/jerk]

High five for Purple Hair! [/happy]

It's only when it's being sold much higher than the MSRP that I have a problem with it.

This I have no problem with as it's lower than the MSRP.

I thought you were complaining about how it didn't support the industry, not the price. My bad.

Pretty sure you're the only one complaining. But yes, the image is old, thus I said old, cause its old. Le sigh.

I was complaining a little about both. It's pretty hard to explain, it goes with the price the person paid, and what you're paying for the item.
And he's still willing to pay $370 to own F/Z
That's because it's actually in print, not out of print. When I buy that, money will be going to the industry, not a seller.

I think you need to get how Supply and Demand works a bit more, and maybe, I dunno, relax on your rigid policies.

But that might just be me, you know, destroying the industry

You mean like how you think the stuff getting cheaper here will result in greater profits? The stuff got cheaper here, and that's one reason why sales here fell.

You got to find that one price that will make you the most profit, and at times, cheaper prices isn't it.

We've gone over this, and most of the sales decline is from the economy, since most every other industry has been suffering.

But you claimed it was from fansubs, not a reduction in price. Which a drop in price likely came about from the reduced tooling costs to produce DVD and BD versus the older VHS format, or the fact most people aren't going to pay $30 for an episode of something when they can get a whole movie for half that.

Or I can address the faults in the argument "I won't buy from resellers because the money won't go into the industry. I'll buy from resellers if it cheaper than MSRP. I support the NA anime industry"

Yet, clearly, it is just about you wanting to not spend too much money. You aren't going to be hurting the anime industry by downloading something that isn't even licensed for sale over here, because, as you've pointed out, buying from resellers won't help it either.

Then again, we could go over how 90% of the profits in the industry are from merchandise and not media sales. So it is really quite trivial regardless.

Today's choice is a rather weird one, as this is the evolution of the original GNT-0000 00 Qan[T], but it's never explained how or why it ended up looking the way it did 50 years after the ELS incident. In any case, welcome the ELS (Extraterrestrial Living-metal Shape-shifter) GNT-0000 00 Qan[T].

Nothing but logical assumptions surround the ELS 00Q, and judging by what the ELS themselves are, it can only be surmised that this is perhaps the single most capable alien-infused mobile suit in the entirety of the Gundam universe, outmatching both the Turn A and Turn X, perhaps without even batting an eyelid. It can assimilate both organic and inorganic forms of matter, much like the ELS, except at an accelerated rate, and can also perform quantum teleportation (FTL travel) without the need of the quantum gateway - simply put, it's the mecha version of The Flash. Setsuna himself has also been fully assimilated by the ELS and thus is believed to either be capable of living indefinitely or even longer than that of Innovators (of which he is), which already have longer lifespans than "normal" human beings.

If you're still scratching your head, yes, for all intents and purposes, this is an extraterrestrial Gundam. The extents of it's capabilities are unknown (which annoys me every time they do something like that).

Purple Heart; she who got defiled helplessly by own goddesses that she fell out of heaven and became human..

Sounds like something I can get into.

I would like to learn your Asuka-taming skills.
"Tame me? Anta baka?"

It takes a long time but it's totally worth the effort.

EDIT: Fairy Gundam!!!

OMG START COLLECTING FIGURINES! I WAS SUPPORTING THE INDUSTRY ALL ALONG!o

I've already begun drooling over the dealers room next year. It's one of my favorite places to be. My wallet hates it.

OMG START COLLECTING FIGURINES! I WAS SUPPORTING THE INDUSTRY ALL ALONG!o

I know right. I best order all the things. All of them.

And that Gundam clip felt like an endless explosion fest. And lots of flashing things. Could see how someone could have a seizure from watching it.
