Rally circuits are mostly fictional in gt7 as far as I know, so there's nothing to "pick" here...

You're right - I haven't fully read the first post - my apologies for that. But supposing that and accusing me of not putting thought in my wishlist is rather rude, if not offensive, in my opinion.

I don't want any real rallycross circuits, because those are, well, rallycross. I basically would like rally circuits but with opponent cars and not just time trials / time attack as real rally circuits are. So in that case fictional is probably what it needs to be. Fisherman's ranch goes a little in that direction because it's rather long and not that typically short cross circuit. Something like that, but maybe with different terrain and nature, e.g. like rally tracks in Finnland, with loads of forest around it etc.

I neither supposed nor accused anything. Your list included two entirely open-ended "wishes", which is not what this thread is about.

To wheel round and say that it's "rude, if not offensive" that I accused you of doing something you actually did (despite me not doing so) is hilarious.

I don't want any real rallycross circuits, because those are, well, rallycross.

A few tracks I’d like to see are, Donnington, Monza Jr (was in GT Legends and a blast with lower horsepower cars and chaos going through the last chicane), Autumn Ring/Mini, Apricot Hill and midfield raceway.

More cars would be nice but I’d just be wishing for older cars to go with the ones we already have. More muscle cars, older European sports cars. And we have A LOT of cars now. Tracks is where it’s at in this point in time.

It's three places above Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta, which sit 17th and 18th, respectively. Also above Gilles Villeneuve Circuit. I guess there's a good chance as any Donington could make it to GT7 before the next GT.

I always ran it on GT Legends. Fun track. At this point I’d take any track as long as it’s not a rally track or snow track or Eiger (was disappointed in that one, I’m thinking I got confused and thought it was Matterhorn).

That’s why it’s good to have other racing games. Love Donington since ToCA 1 and still do Group A in PC2 at Donington and Oulton Park. GT-only players are missing out. I guess it makes it worse knowing how good it would be to have all the real world circuits from all the big console games(not going to include pc games - that’ll be off the chart in the multiverse) in GT.

Well, everyone agrees on one thing: the list of cars we want is vast and diverse. With the paradigm shift from what was possible to do in a timely manner on the PS1 and PS2 to what can be done now with the complexity and costs of development, we will almost certainly not have all of our wishes fulfilled.

However, while we are still here and still can, we will continue to vote and ask for our favorite cars and tracks.

I will leave here some that already have a page created and I hope to see at some point in a Gran Turismo game.

For sure. However, the turbo engine is not available in the MX-5 and it have different suspension set up.
This is a rebadge.

It is produced on the same line as MX-5, but it is a different model with different transmission and engine, and different body.
It is like you say Cayenne is rebadged Touareg.

I hoped that 124 would arrive (as Abarth) as it was mentioned in one GT survey in GTSport or early GT7, but as we see we didn't get it.

Ok, so I have been playing with this idea for a while now. A wishlist for GT7 or follow-up, 3 cars for each brand currently in game.
3 Rules I gave myself:

• First car: from before 1995
• Second car: recently in production (2020-2025)
• Third car: race car / legendary / concept

This makes some cars, like the E60 M5, non-eligably as per my own rules... I also have a dislike for SUV's and EV's so if I could, I avoided them... Sorry Tesla fan boys 🫣

Some brands are easier than others. Some were founded after 1995 (KTM, Genesis,...), some are defunct (Pontiac, Autobianchi,...) and others only have a single car (DMC)

To counter this, I added 15 'joker' cars. All together I have a list of 158 🫣 ****boxes, returning legends, racers,...
