FINAL ENTRY

PS5 Raytracing

F40 chassis number 80742 was originally constructed as a road car in 1989, but was later upgraded to CSAI-GT racing spec by Michelotto (one of seven so upgraded) for the Jolly Club racing team. It dominated the Italian GT championship in ‘93, winning 8 out of the 10 rounds with Marco Brand driving in the iconic MonteShell livery. It continued in the championship in ‘94 with various drivers, before being sold to Team Taisan in Japan. It was further upgraded to F40 LM spec and, now wearing ADVAN Taisan colours, made a handful of appearances in JGTC in ‘94 and ‘95 before being retired at the end of the latter year.

Loving how so far there isn’t a single duplicate car entry 😅

I feel that this entry is a fitting reply to your comment, being not just the same car but the exact same chassis as your entry. :D
