The wording makes it seem that way, which is why I said it gives the appearance, not that I assumed your stance on the issue.


Ok. And? Consenting adults, any consenting adults, should be able to have any kind of partnership that any other consenting adults can do.

You cant toss morality aside in all of this... a few years from now there going to be saying, if gays can marry , why cant I marry my dog, my daughter my sister... " two consenting adults" thing is pathetic . I find it more morally right to marry a cousin than another man.. and to prove peoples twisted world on this.. two straight guys cant do anything together anymore without being questioned if gay. Just last month a girl walked up to me and my best friend and said we were a cute couple, this of course lead to an very strange ," were not gay" speech and most importantly , many children and men find it hard to bond with other men like they did 50 hell even 10 years ago due to the fact that they may be considered gay. Things are taboo for a reason. And as far as I know he vast majority of the people on this earth agree with me. Not just Fancy dandy England and the US. Toss morality aside and you have nothing. NO ONE needs to know what you do in the bed room, yet Gays in general are loud and proud of the fact.. whoop de doo.. don't need to know. Heck some of my close friends in school are lesbian , the three don't ever say anything about it. Yet the one gay guy i do know.. is all out there. Like okay, there's a reason i feel uncomfortable around them and its not because what they do in bed .

You forget china and India are very traditional ;P My evidence is general knowledge that there population is 69% of the world . Im not going to dabble into the real deal since people shoot it down really quick , but keep arguing about a subject that's black and white, no ones gonna win EVER.

How does the opinion of people living in far-away lands affect the legalization of gay marriage in Europe and the US? Let me take a wild guess... it doesn't. The fact that some nations outnumber the Western countries by not having safe sex doesn't mean they would be in position to decide what is wrong and what is right...

And in your earlier post, I sense a 'steep slope' logical fallacy right from the beginning. That's getting ridiculously common in anti-gay marriage arguments 👎

Did you also forget that China and India have incredibly skewed male to female ratios? India is 60% male last I check, and China is worse. Then you can look at the huge issues of women's rights in those countries, the rape rates (or lack of reported rape) and the closet homosexuality. They aren't exactly the beacons of human rights or development that the rest of the world is.

If you want to make this the point you rest your argument on it, I'm sorry, but it is a very poor way to go about doing it. More so with your very typical anti-gay argument revolving around the slippery slope that involves bestiality and incest.

Now either . Gays have a MUTATION * does not mean there bad people* in there chromosomal structure * not dna* that makes them attracted to males OR there confusing love with lust. I love my best friend, id die for him. But in no way or world would I ever have sex with him.Again this slippery slope crap is the pure truth, things start some way. Besides infertility is the death of your linage , Homosexuality is a form of infertility and further verifies studies suggesting homosexuality is a physiological issue and not a inherent one.

You can't marry your dog because it can't provide consent. Marrying your daughter or sister on the other hand, is fine by me as long as both parties are consenting adults. The issues begin to come up when it comes to the effects of their genetic closeness effecting their future children. But that's a topic to discuss by itself.

I've seen many more cases of heterosexuals flaunting their sexuality compared to gays, and they feel fine about doing so because, "it's normal". Sources for your claims on it being psychological (I assume you meant that instead of physiological) and not related to genetics? More so since you just said it was genetics that related to it and thus why they are not bad people. Also find it interesting you are only speaking about male homosexuality here.

Similar view for me. Gay marriage passed in Ontario in 2003, and in 8 out of 10 Canadian provinces before a supreme court decision in 2005 made it legal across the country. A bit odd to see this as a "debate" to me, it just has been the law here for most of my life. It's such a non-issue that I can't comprehend how a rational human being can be against its legality. Canada hasn't degenerated into a land of debauchery or marrying dogs and laptops.

Which god says it's not meant to be? The concept of marriage predates all modern religions. They've been doing it longer than you've been condemning it. You and your religion don't own marriage. You and your religion don't even own the concept of god. That predates your religion as well.
