You can paint every premium car's standard wheels IIRC. I'd say, if it's able to be painted in the default colour, it can be painted.

I couldn't put the XJR-9 V12 into the XKR because the XKR is supercharged only so I put the TVR V12 into the XKR. I put the XJR-9 V12 in the S2000 because it can be turbocharged.

Nope, in older versions tire width comes with chassis swap.
