the "just plain ugly" car thread

Kia Rondo.

The only car I see with any frequency with less favorable greenhouse-to-door-panel proportions is the Ford Connect, but that's intended to be a bit more utilitarian anyway. Oh, and what's with the bottom of the rear glass sticking out farther than the top of the rear bumper? Then there's the name--wasn't Rondo the black guy from Enter The Dragon? (No, that was Williams, but I picture that sort of African-American black belt from the 70's type.)

Makes me wanna puke, all the lines look wrong and the boxy shape does not fit the 'modern' front and rear.

"Lets try and make a Mazda 2 look horrified!" said nobody ever, until the Scion design team clearly did.

It's time for justice again. Here I show the Blackjack Zero.

I don't really like how th headlights look, or the position. Plus, I feel deja vu..what other three-wheeled car this resembles? Ofcourse, it's the Morgen 3-wheeler!

I'd pick that over this, I just don't feel comfortable with this one.

I wouldn't feel comfortable driving a three wheeler with Dr. Robotnik's nose either.

@TexRex Oh using memes huh? That's a low blow. Yes I know what that word means and I'll explain why I meant to use that word for this one car.

While that kit car might be an import, I don't think many would like it, or heard of the thing. With that nose and how the flashlights look, it doesn't look good, at all.

Morgan, other the other hand, it might be a recent car but it retains the old style look of it, from the 30's or somewhere close to that. That blackjack zero, at least got the name right - it is indeed a zero, in my book. Morgan will stay, as a hero.

Yeah I used a meme, and I'm affirmed in my belief that it was appropriate by your not explaining how justice was served.

I never said it looked good, I don't mind if people think it doesn't--hell, I personally think it looks a bit awkward but its drivetrain configuration necessitates some of the proportions. The only claim I made was that it's kind of an import by way of its country of origin and the engine options' countries of origin.

Morgan...new? Morgan trikes powered by a twin up front were produced only prior to WWII, until just recently. Do me a favor and examine the image below, take note of its source and file name (http://www.esacademic.com/pictures/eswiki/77/Morgan_Super_Sports_1937.jpg) will ya?
