Are they running a team? Surprised they're not going into P2, that was always their traditional haunt.
Speaking of Welter:

Thanks.
Green and blue makes me hope it is somehow related to Pescarolo. Whatever it is it's always nice to see new Le Mans Prototypes.
There's one thing that strikes me as odd about LMPs: what's with that handle-like piece of carbon fibre between the wing and the engine cover?

I don't know if it has been mentioned as I am trying to get back into following Endurance Racing and haven't followed this thread but Rebellion will switch to ORECA next year with the creation of the REBELLION-R ONE LMP and an updated RV8KLM engine. Looks good I think on the planetlemans.com website.
What will this mean for Lola? So far only Gulf Racing Middle East in the LMP2 class will be running with Lola chassis in 2014. But that could all change if they announce something.
Regarding Welter, does anyone know any more other than their plan to run an LMP1 car next year?
Was mentioned a long time ago. Also Lola don't exist anymore. They went out of business.
Really? That is a shame. One of the big names of endurance racing for me. I will miss seeing the name in the WEC and ELMS for what could be my first proper year following Endurance racing. How did it happen?
They were bought out by Multimatic. They've sold new chassis in Europe and America now if I'm not mistaken as per MWM. Lola got in a big stink over a court case with Tracy Krohn involving the Proto-Auto Lola Daytona Prototype chassis. Lola ended up losing the court case and rightfully so if you go through and read the deatils. That's not the only thing that caused their demise thoughAdministration if I recall correctly.
