I think Olivier Pla and Alex Brundle may end up racing for Nissan next season, they seem ready for LMP1. Maybe Jann Mardenborough will join them if another season in GP3 isn't viable.Big news! Nissan held a press conference today and want an American driver for their lmp1 program. GT Academy drivers in their sites- http://us2.campaign-archive1.com/?u=3b7e85c6366c81b77d50b7b35&id=e6a6d79532

Was it full of holes?Porsche got pope position in WEC.
ESM have dropped out of Petit Le Mans and will instead race P2 class in the 6 Hours Of Shanghai.
Nissan are dreaming. You need the best driver line-up possible if you want to take on teams that employ the likes of Lotterer, Duval, Buemi, Davidson, Nakajima and Jani, and currently no available American or GT Academy drivers are anywhere near that class. You hire the likes of Pla, Heidfeld, JP Oliveira and Vergne if he becomes available. You might take Mardenborough, but no other GT Academy driver is anywhere near good enough at the moment. Beyond the Englishman, any GT Academy hires, particularly American ones, would be predominantly for PR and should be restricted to 3rd cars in less significant races (i.e. a third car at COTA next year).Big news! Well, Fox Sports 2 is supposed to be airing the WEC from Circuit of the Americas, hitting Info actually shows the race listed, but I'm actually watching a football game. Unbelievable!
