I had a dream last night where I was back in school and I somehow managed to accidentally steal my old teacher's car. This was made even more weird by the fact that I was inexplicably disguised as Suzumiya Haruhi at the time...

I've never actually played GTA...

I had a dream last night cut short by being woke up. But anyways at one point I was on the edge of a moderately tall building, friends everyone at the bottom yelling. Eventually they brought a ladder to get me down but I was pretty scared. At some point things changed and I was at my house were I was taken hostage by the FBI. After a long car ride, I was taken to a strange location, from what I remember looked like a rural neighbor hood and on the left side of the house, I was either on my knees or standing. I think standing. Anyways, I looked at the agent, who looked like he was in his early 30s, as he pointed a pistol directly at my eyes, staring down the barrel, and he executed me.

Scariest moment in a dream I have ever felt. It felt so real, I was panicking. Just wow. One I will never forget. I never, ever want to experience that. That was wayyyyy to real.

Had a bit of a lucid dream last night. Basically went through my whole morning routine in my dream (shower, brush teeth, etc.). When I checked my phone in the dream, the lock screen was completely wrong and I realized I was in a dream. I didn't get to do very much before waking up, most exciting thing was jumping from the 4th story window down to the ground.

Before the jump, maybe it could have been sleep walking?

A few days ago, I had a dream where I was on a train platform in Japan. It was a continuation of something, but I've forgotten what happened before this started. I boarded the train and see a group of people, wearing the same clothing, even looking the same, they all have similar faces, slowly make their way out of the train. It was creepy as hell. I immediately felt the urge to exit the train but the doors shut and I was stuck. Then, the train started to move. Or maybe it was the platform. I'm not sure, because I remember going in one direction and ended up on the other. The 'train', which now looks like the platform, started to move. It was just a platform without walls so I started to stumble and fell on the floor. I don't know where 'friction' went, but after lying on the ground, I started to slide as well from the inertia(or is it called momentum?) of the moving 'platform' until I eventually fell off onto the tracks. It was already night time and I was so afraid. I then backtracked my way to the train station, walking on the side of the tracks and went onto the edge of the platform. Strangely there were wires dangling here which I avoided because I thought they were live. I saw some school kids walking on the outside of the fenced up tracks. One of them was a dude who was dressed up as a chick which I strangely found attractive. It looked better than it sounds guys, haha. :P He was really attractive, like the "ladyboys" from Thailand. We waved at each other and went our own ways. I got back onto the tracks and climbed onto the platform. I tried looking for this dude to say "Hi", but when I finally found him, I didn't have the guts to approach him. Much like most things I do in life, I didn't have the guts to take the chance, haha. :indiff:

After watching the Alcatraz episode of Ghost Adventures, I went to bed.

I was dreaming about me being in my old high school but it looked different. There was nobody inside and all the lights were very dim. I turned around to see a pair of red eyes and suddenly awoke sweating. Very strange if you ask me...

I don't lucid dream. I frequently am aware that my surroundings are not real, and are just a dream, but I don't develop on it and do what I want.

This morning, I quite possibly had the best dream I've ever had.

Dreamt it was Survivor Series 1997 and I was in a triple threat, two out of three falls match with Mick Foley and The Rock. Foley, as McMahon's stooge, was supposed to win but lost both falls to The Rock. McMahon came out and confronted him, and Foley said he only lost one fall; one as Mankind, the second as Dude Love. Then he gave him a double arm DDT.

Awe. Some.

There was one time that I was in an Elimination Chamber match against Miz for the US Title. I gave him a spear and that's all I could remember.

Interesting that this thread popped up.

I keep having basically the same dreams but just different viewpoints and different possibilities in them.

I had a dream of being in school and a natural disaster happened, and I got stuck with a bunch of classmates and we were looking for other people which couldn't be found for miles. Note that this dream had been had around 6 to 7 months ago, and a few days ago I dream t of the scenario and this time I had different people I was stuck with.

Is anyone having similar experiences? I'm get crazy déjà vu when this happens.

I'm wondering why I keep having dreams about the same person. I feel lik a stalker kinda. Today I had a dream where this girl I had liked for years was getting abused (like physically getting beat) by her boyfriend (I believe this is happening irl base on what she ha told me and friends have told me) and in the dream I couldn't do anything to stop it and I felt helpless. It sucked and I wanted to cry and it was all so vivid it felt real. Lik I am sad now. :/

Yesterday night I had one of the most vivid dreams ever, my mother, sister and I were sitting in a large car that was parked at a mall, don't remember the brand of the car, I only remember its color. Judging by the interior space it must have been a silver SUV.

I was sitting on the backseat waiting for something or someone when two tall and suspicious looking fellas approached us, in leather jackets and both dressed all in black. One of the guys had short black hair and a mustache, the other guy was bald with a very distinct dented scar across his head.
They approached the car telling us they're security and want to search the car, with a very eastern-European sounding accent showing us ''Security ID's'' that were clearly fake. We noticed they were armed (guns in pockets) so we complied.
They were looking for valuable stuff but couldn't find anything so they got angry and sat in the car telling us to drive home. The bald guy was grinning and constantly reached in his pocket.
Knowing I had to do something quickly I pulled a pistol from under the seat (Glock 35), checked its chamber, took a deep breath, turned to the side and started shooting emptying the whole magazine (aimed shots) into the mustache guy sitting right next to me who was pulling out his own pistol at that time. The bald guy jumped from the back seat to the trunk screaming and trying to ready his weapon. While he struggled to get out his gun I grabbed a new magazine, reloaded the pistol and shot the bald guy. I remember carefully aiming and using perfect sight picture but I was a little shaking from the adrenaline. I was hitting him, though all over the place, I saw blood spout out of his chest, stomach, face etc. When I ran out of bullets he was done though.
Another magazine was empty, the mustache guy was still alive though severely injured and pain, he still tried to aim his weapon, thats when I reloaded the pistol again and shot him point blank till it was empty. Needless to say my mother, sister and I were shocked to death. Everything was full of blood, my nose hurt from the smell of burned powder powder and my ears were ringing from the shots.
Then things got a little blurry, I remember we were driving to the parents of those guys (for whatever reason), I got really bad stomach cramps, first I thought from the adrenaline and shock but now I think it was a hint for a stomach shot which I didn't realize in the dream.

I remember the model of the pistol, it was a Glock 35 which holds 15 rounds, thats 30 rounds for one bad guy and 15 for the other which -in ugly situations- is a reasonable hit count to kill somebody. People don't drop dead from pistol hits and when full of adrenaline many people can absorb up to 10-15 rounds from pistols and still keep fighting before bleeding out minutes later.
A friend of mine has a G35 and I shot it extensively, the gun in the dream was a perfect copy.

Maybe this doesn't sound so special, but it is for me, the amount of details in it still baffles me. There is not much difference between reality and this dream. (Definitely using the same engine  )

I believe it. Some of the dreams are so realistic that you can sometimes get confused with reality.

A few questions I'm interested in.

Do you:

* dream in colour? I do.

* have conversations. I mean do you actually hear people talking in your dream? Yes, I can remember some of the conversations

* do you sometimes have a prophesy dream (don't know the exact English word)? Had them.

* are your dreams realistic? Mine aren't really. I seem to recognize people or buildings, surroundings but they are a mixture of fantasy and realistic, known images. Some dreams don't make any sense at all.

I'll try to answer your questions as best I can from my persepective.

99% of the time yes, I dream in color. In fact very rarely is anything black and white. Some dreams can be mostly dull colors but generally everything for the most part is in color.

* have conversations. I mean do you actually hear people talking in your dream? Yes, I can remember some of the conversations

Yes, yes, yes. For whatever reason, I have the ability to remember dreams in exact detail. It's insane. Some dreams I could draw to you on paper but where the picture fades out, there was still something in my dream, I just can't remember that part. It's like your peripheral vision in the dream, but I can't remember it to add it in since it's not really the main focus of the dream.

* do you sometimes have a prophesy dream (don't know the exact English word)? Had them.

Yes. I've had prophetic dreams, it makes deja vu very awkward. Some dreams are years in advance and so exact to the real life moment that I feel like I'm not alive.

* are your dreams realistic? Mine aren't really. I seem to recognize people or buildings, surroundings but they are a mixture of fantasy and realistic, known images. Some dreams don't make any sense at all.

Depends on the dream. I've had dreams where it could closely mock real life and others where it makes no sense and the scene and events change rapidly and make no sense.

For example, I've had dreams laying on a beach somewhere in a city with a girl I like and others (this next part was one dream) where I was running from tornadoes, riding a dog who turned into my grandfather every other instant, as well as being locked into a basement with tool cabinets as high as you can see with only one likght over the tool bench while they were spread apart like isles in a store. At the same time, I left the place, and that's where the dog part came in in a forest and somehow I ended up in a city at a gas station with 8 tornadoes all coming at the gas station with no where left to run.

Yeah, I have some wierd dreams.

Had a strange very vivid dream, I was cycling on a sunny summer day where I used to live ten years ago, when suddenly the sky darkened and flocks of birds fled to the horizon. Then hordes of malevolent blue-black skinned humanoid creatures attacked and killed everyone in sight, swallowing everything and everyone like an unstoppable tidal wave .
I remember I had to make a split-second decision between either warning my relatives and fight with them or ride the bike home, gear up with essential equipment plus guns and get the hell out of there.
In my dream I decided for the latter.

I'm such a hero.:P

* dream in colour? I do.
Yes, always.

* have conversations. I mean do you actually hear people talking in your dream? Yes, I can remember some of the conversations
Sometimes, but my dreams seem to focus more on visuals than on sounds.

* do you sometimes have a prophesy dream (don't know the exact English word)? Had them.
Rarely, they are scary. If most of my dreams were prophetical then the world would be in very deep *beep*.

* are your dreams realistic? Mine aren't really. I seem to recognize people or buildings, surroundings but they are a mixture of fantasy and realistic, known images. Some dreams don't make any sense at all.
Mine are extremely realistic, they're so real I often need a couple of minutes to realize which ones the real world after waking up.
Very rarely I have unrealistic dreams and when I do I usually quickly identify it as dream in my dream; thats when the illusion falls apart and I wake up.
To trick my brain lots of realism is required.

My favorite dream so far.

I was a reverse pizza-delivery driving around listening to music and picking up the pizzas and eating them instead of dropping them off.

Haven't seen this thread in a while.

So I'm a bit late to when you asked this but... Whatever.

Yes, I do dream in color, is it common to not dream in color? I'm not sure I've ever dreamt in black and white.

I do but... It's hard to explain. I can vividly remember actually having a conversation and remember that I'm talking, however I don't actually know what's being said.

Nope, never have as far as I'm aware. Though I did dream that I was driving a '94 Miata the other day, so I hope that was. :sly:

Usually, yea. A lot of times after waking up I'll be trying to remember something that happened in the dream thinking in happened in reality, and then remember that it was actually just a dream. I do that quite a lot.

I think im figuring out how to Lucid Dream. Now i need to figure out how to stop dreaming about weird stuff. Time to figure out how to control what i want :D.

Sometimes when I have a scary dream, when I wake up, I'm so relieved that it was just a dream.
Also, sometimes during the day, I remember parts of a dream and I can't remember if I had this dream the night before or a few nights before. It's confusing.

I also remember parts of dreams I had many years ago.

I think it's important not to mess around with dreams and that it's better to dream the dreams your brain wants to dream.

Thats a good point.. Same thing here, remembering a dream.

As can I. I can give word for word and detail for detail accounts of dreams I had when I was like 3.

I remember when i was 4 i feel off a building. And i felt like i was falling. Waking up almost craping in my pants. Lucid dreams are to realistic. And most dreams are built of memories, That are redone in your brain.

And you can get confused with Reality.. I swear i think of Inception.

I don't if I ever posted about it, but I used to have dreams around then about (now, there is way more to this but I'm being brief. If you want the whole thing just say the word) a pair of robots that lived in the bathtub and came out at night and would take me back and electrocute me.

I actually felt the pain in the dream. I'd wake up with my ears ringing and everything would look like it was spinning.

Its crazy, How complex we are and we can dream about anything possible, and make it so realistic you wake up like it happened it real life. Its amazing. I wonder what we can do if were able to use all potential our brain. Honestly i think Dreams can go farther, learn how to be good a them and control them. Its a living paradise. You can live like a new life. Fresh Start. ;).

Totally Inception.

Exactly, and in my case, you feel so helpless when you are at his mercy...oh god is scaring me thinking about it right now.
