Man, Jimmy, NZ is expensive. I have here a calender sold for $12. When I look at NZ's price it's $26!.

California is expensive. It's expensive to live in, especially the Silicon Valley(where I live). An average house is worth $648,000.

Yeah, I went to Los Angeles and it was fairly expensive, but surprisingly, everything seems more expensive in Australia when you put it down to the Exhange Rate. Even for the quality of housing you buy, it seems more expensive here. New Zealand is even more expensive, except the housing is probably a little cheaper.

Most (decent) houses here cost about $1,000,000 give or take 100g. But I think it's roughly the same price as in America given the exchange rate. Plus I think the houses in Aust tend to be in areas with high intrinsic value.

Yes, but the actual houses are a dump. I saw a place no better than any in Woodbury Park (the old Woodbury Park), and it went for 2 Million, the land wasn't any bigger, just because it was near a beach. Now I think even America has better standards than that.

And I saw this because my Dad's friend is an Auctioner.

I've never heard a house that was worth 2 million. Only celebrities' mansions. But some of them have 6 to 12 million dollar mansions.

My parents probably bought this house at $300,000 just before I was born. Now it's worth over $600,000.

Yeah. It's actually done alot better than I would have imagined. There are some annoying things about it, like the two players can't be more than a certain distance apart and player one and two can't be in two different cars at once. You can't go inside anywhere either, so that sucks a bit. But overall I was very happy with how R* implemented 2 player. I'm expecting great things from GTA IV.

Yeah on the PS3. I'm sure R* is getting anxious with ideas to see how far they can push the PS3's capabilities which I expect to be awesome.

Yeah, the hype for that is going to be huge, with that hardware they could push the game so much further.

I'm excited about it also. There is no doubt that they will mainly focus on 2-Player in GTA 4, but my only concern is the setting. I can't wait for GTA 4 Multi-Player though.

I also can't wait to see how far they can push the graphics on the PS3.

Well I'd be surprised if there were more than half of the graphics hiccups from San Andreas, and there's not many here. I think it will also be a much longer project.

I would think they're only going to take a much smaller holiday than they said, and they'll be working on this game earlier than we'd know.

I was referring to the DDR-Missions. The Lowrider and Beach Party missions.
The lowrider score isn't, but there's a stat for Last Dance Score. I don't know if that means the dance mission is called "Last Dance" or if it only records the last time you did it.

You can't compare a price in US dollars with a price in New Zealand dollars. They're not worth the same. Still, NZ$26 is about US$18 so it's still more expensive, just not as expensive as you might think.

KM.

No, it's the last time you go to a Dancing Club to dance. Also, what about when you repeat the Lowrider Bouncing mission? Do you get a Stat for that?

I don't know. I heard that you need to do that mission outside the storyline (ie repeat it by going to the guy beside the train station) to get 100%. So I'm going to do it today to see if it gives you a stat and if it adds to your %.

Well if it adds to your 100% list, it almost definately means you get a Stat for it. Thanks.
I can confirm that it neither adds to your % or
gives you a stat on your stats page. It doesn't even put up a message on your briefs page. So it must just be a money earner. And not much of a money earner at that.

Who was it that couldn't get 1300 to pass this mission? This was my 2nd attempt doing it and I got over 7000!

Eh I'll get headaches with exchange rates and such.

about the car thing, at first i was pretty dissapointed as well, but if you think about it, it would be so hard that it wouldn't be fun for very long anyway... i also agree.. i remember playing vice city one day and thinking about the only thing they could do to make VC better is to somehow make it multiplayer.. now i realise that i was pretty much dead wrong..
👍 to rockstar
