interesting move nowadays. 👍antiheroYeah they are, but i'm interested in getting an old Polaroid camera that can recreate those affects (vignetting, dusty/filmy).
speedy_2What's up guys. Haven't been on in awhile. Here's a pic I took at my parents. Now that I'm in Florida now I hope to get a lot of really nice shots.
Here's the original pic.
Then I took it again without moving the camera, but I waited for a car to come by. Then I did a little editing with PS.

GilesGuthrieThat's cool. Did you try any with a rear-curtain flash on them to pick the car out at the end of the exposure? Would take some good timing, but in a residential area like that you should be able to make some reasonable assumptions regarding the amount of time that the vehicle is in shot.
Integra Type RThat would be an awesome purchase, GG! I've got the dRebel (300d) and I love it.
Good to see you here in the photography thread, too.
Thanks!GilesGuthrieIt's a good shot. 👍
I would say that you need to watch out for the thing that always gets me: your steps are not parallel with the bottom of the frame, so you haven't framed the shot quite perfectly.
Sometimes you can rotate the shot in post-production, but the few degrees necessary always seems to cost you a little in sharpness.
Oh, and I'm probably going to buy a Digital Rebel XT (named "350d" here in the UK) in the next week or so.
