That was a month before the results of the election were known. That was two months before, as we learned today, he was texting with Mark Meadows about the supposed "alternate slate of electors" that could see to Trump remaining in office.

Eh. Islam is basically an update on Christianity (and Judaism) with a few new characters. It's the same strain. But yes, the same politicians who moan about and rail against Islamic theocracies the loudest are the same ones who would positionally be quite happy living in them, as long as they could be exempt from the Beer & Bacon bans.

Ohhhhhhh...I was actually aware of that context but it's been long enough since I've seen anything about that that there was a disconnect.
