you're not alone. I'm watching the PS4 ones from VVV but not a lot else. will be quite strange spending time actually playing the game myself soon instead of watching others.

I've also pretty much stopped watching new videos, specially those that feature info about career mode etc, I want to keep a few surprises for when I have the game. it is pretty hard not watching them though lol

Jimmy obviously cant completely reverse his previous comments. And this quote is backed by nothing, so it doesn't have much value. Plus, we have many (American) sim racers with Leo Bodnar wheels over at WMD. Haven't seen any complaints from them. In fact they all say PCars gives them the best driving experience on their rig. Even Matt Orr himself said that the FFB is a million times better than iRacing or Assetto Corsa and he absolutely loves the throttle response in PCars.

Lastly, we would have a problem if PCars would be in the same category as the "Main Sims". That would mean the appearance and excitement of a spreadsheet, no console versions and certainly not being in front of The Witcher 3 and GTA V on the Amazon bestseller list (depending on the country).

Are the AI's lap times and handling model affected by wet weather ? He really seems to be struggling with understeer in comparison , or has he just got a bad car setup as his rear tyres on the display never looked like they got any heat in them .

Here's what he said in response to somebody talking about the AI and it being an earlier build...

I can't see how it is considering when he started his career mode videos

Let's hope that this slow career AI behavior is fixed on release... The AI shouldn't be two seconds per lap slower in the quali and race, compared to practice...

Its not. Its just greyed out because first you have to create a new career Can't see clear evidence that this isnt the gold build either I have to admit. :/

At what build no. Did it go Gold ? Because he started this career a while ago and from what I understand if he'd of updated his build he would of lost his career progress would he not ?

Only when you delete your profile Otherwise ofc its still there...but thats a good point because we were told to delete the profiles 2 or 3 builds before gold. If he really is running gld no and hasnt deleted his profile those videos arent worth a watch really

I (and others) pushed as much as I can to remove the down scaling from lower tier series to no avail. I think once the public part of the forums opens up and lots more people complain, they will patch in the option to remove it. Hopefully you guys will register and let your voice be heard.
