After having some more advice at Pcars forum about tuning I got the car working bit diiferently and managed to get below 5:40's yesterday 
3rd place on PS4 LB

Just have to ask you a bit of a stupid question but what is this LGCS? Some sort of timetrial league?? Is it like free for entry for who ever likes or what 
I think you guessed by now but I would not mind having some TT action lol 
I mean I have plenty to do fiddling with the suspension at least for awhile now that I know the basics of that stuff, but as the PS4 LB's are pretty dead some sort of action in the future would come in need 👍And if there's some TT leagues I should know about give me a hint and I'll probably be joining the action at some point later on

Cheers mate not fast enough tho, there are 2 events happening the LGCS and the NCS they are team based event with an overall leaderboard. They are in the community events so anyone can do them even if your not in a team. The next one starts Friday NCS it's a Un tuned series, the LGCS is tuned. You should give it a try 👍

Yes I did see that lap looks so smooth on PC
I think PC is a bit faster that's why they are separate this time. Think fastest console was 34.6. I was definitely missing stuff setup wise

Ok heheh here's the new WR (well at least it's the fastest on PS4 LB ) for road cars at mount panorama Already got it yesterday but the tune was so unstable I wanted to try out few things, didn't improve much but the car at least is a bit more stable...

And here's the tune at setup database, not fully happy with it, but it'll do for now for I don't know quite what to do with it, all good suggestions are welcome of course

How did it feel, would it be possible to do some proper hot lapping with that setup hehe naah looks fun and "lucky" those things cost so much I would need to sell my organs to get the money so I don't have to worry about it any time soon Hehe I bet 4 hour stints would be QUITE exhausting with all that moving about

Looked like it might be difficult looking at how much people were struggling. Some people were about 3 minutes in and still around the first few corners. Also one of the Vesaro guys, think the one with the 3rd fastest time was trying it out again and saw him spin out. So when I tried it out, surprised even in quite big moments in the virtual car, managed to not spin out. Sort of felt at one with the car straight away. Managed to get the hang of it by the second lap.Wow that looks quite difficult

It felt quite awesome the motion and feedback. Steering wheel felt like how I would imagine a real car would feel like, gets heavier on higher speed corners. You can feel the car moving around through the motion feedback. Brake pedal is like pressure based I think so sort of stamped on it. I think the rig total cost is something around £40K.
I wanted to have another go to see if I can beat first place but didn't get time to in the end. I told the person before trying it out to set it to first place as I saw him start from that position but he said everyone started from 2nd who did the times on the leaderboard. I ended up starting 3rd (Not surprised as seemed set on random grid) so I knew it will be crucial to get ahead and stay ahead of AI to get a decent run but didn't quite manage to do that. Don't think I've played with AI on PCARS much before so didn't know what to expect. I know they run on a different tyre model but still amazed how good grip they had in low speed corners. Anyway got to experience what Maldonado sometimes experienced.
It isn't that exhausting and should be able to do proper hot lapping with it. Get a lot more immersion and realism feel. Disappointed by the Oculus Rift though on how things looked. Seemed really low resolution like a 240p video, hard to make out things on track clearly. If I was to get one, would wait for at least one with a 4K display. Anyway now I finally got the PS4 version of the game, didn't expect to get a David Ginola signed copy though.
