What should the best tire we use for Season 3 be?

Alright, now I may be home Saturday (LONG story, and I don't think y'all care...lol) and James won't be able to make it (shocker) so I'm thinking as a backup plan...

We have Mel host or Cnd. They both have offered, and would be capable hosts. Probably Mel would be preferred because he handled last weekend's race. But hopefully Mel will host, and I'll be there to handle the majority of the events. This is just a provisional backup plan. Nothing is decided for sure.

Seth sure has a way with words. I like the idea of you being in the same car, because then it is down to whom is the better at preparing for a race and actually racing, to decide who wins (with the occasional dash of luck).

I think they're forgetting about Wardez... Wasn't he top 32 in gt academy? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I know he's mad fast!
 
When he first signed up, I thought I recognized that name from somewhere. Wasnt GT Academy though. But I had a feeling he would be fast.

Works for me though. I get to keep replays when we're done.
 
I know I have said stuff like this before and got shot down but hear me out this time. I have a way where we can have more drivers in the series. We would have it be through out the week and everyone only gets one qualifying time. Only two of each car.

I'm opposed to this because of the lack of consistency it creates. The grid will have different people every week and people will never get used to the people they race with. There are some other reasons, but I don't feel they are too important that they need mentioning now.

And if you would come to races, GT would have one more car. For someone who wants more people to be added, I think they must be a regular themselves.

And I don't think I've said this before, but CONGRATULATIONS on making GT Acadamy!!! That's awesome!

Yeah. Polar, I admit, I made some mistakes last week, by not doing enough chores during the week, and my parents decided, during/just after the ITCC, to force me not to race in the Rolex. However, this weekend looks better. Sunday's Canada Day, and I'll celebrate it with the family, by cleaning (I'm so proud to be Canadian.) But, I think Saturday's my day for this. :)
 
I think I've raced Wardez before in their PURE RX7 series. Making GT Academy doesn't mean he's the best there is. I recall beating a couple guys who were top 100 in the GT Academy. Plus these aren't Z34's with sport hard tires and I didn't say anything about being the #1 driver. I'll leave my sh-- talking for the race. ;)

I didn't even download GT academy. I am not old enough yet:sly:
 
I did, but I didn't try very hard. I played each round and got the gold. That's all I was aiming for. I don't have a wheel so my times would be meaningless if I made it that far anyway. Plus I got my kid to look after so there goes my money!
 
So just to clarify, We ARE running the race tomorrow at Daytona RC as the first official preseason race? Am I right?
 
Apparently so. Thankfully I'll be free all day since I no longer have work tomorrow. I just hope my internet doesn't **** me around tonight or tomorrow night.
