You're welcome to sign up as a reserve driver. This means, that if anyone doesn't show up from Team Ferrari (whether it's daibaspeed or agentorunge) you could possibly drive the Ferrari. And, especially if another GT driver misses, (for example, if I don't show up in my Matsuda love interest) you could take my spot, but there's a max. limit of 2 drivers per car.

Sorry man. As it currently stands, there are no slots available, as there are 8 cars, and each has two drivers. However, due to the "come to one preseason race or you're kicked from the series" rule we've had to implement, spots will open up, I promise.
And, certainly, good participation will field good results. If you read the thread, give new ideas and honest, polite opinions, and come to testing events, (whether they're the official preseason events or not,) and come across as good, fun, clean competition, we could try to find room for you.
I think we could tell Polarbear345 (the guy running the series) to put you down as a general reserve GT driver. That means, if anyone misses a preseason race, and you're online, we'll invite you to come, and fill that spot in the GT class.
In the meantime, though, coming to the preseason test tomorrow, if anyone else misses the event, will make it a lot more likely that you get into the series. Come out, have fun, and unless there are 16 drivers, there'll be room for you. It's not likely that there'll be 16 drivers, either.

None of the other cars are up for full-time right now. However, I have a feeling that if you get a Chevrolet or Ferrari ready, then once the proper season starts one of those two slots might be open. I say that because I'm pretty sure all the other guys elsewhere will turn up, since I've raced with all of them pretty much, and they all seems to have fantastic attendance.

6 P.M. EST is when the lobby generally tries to open... 7 P.M. EST is when the races start, generally. Instead of the city name, could you tell us which state "Tulsa" is in?? Is it in Arizona? I know that Tucson is...

Wait a minute. I just wanted to check, is there a transmission limit for this series? Couldn't see anything about it in the first post, yet me and storm kept the top speed at 180-190mph

The GT might be able to hang with the DP for a lap or 2 depending on how the draft works out.

Yea, staggered starts are supposed to change that...
And these races are "timed" an aren't determined by a number of Laps. I should've addressed this earlier, but the laps will be for DP as they are the time setters for the series. Races will be about a hour and 15 minutes with NAEC races being ~2 hours.

I had already tuned the RX-8. Everyone else... hadn't tuned their cars yet. I'm seeing times that were closer to the Mazda's times with and without the high-RPM turbo. I was running 475 hp, and running the identical lap times, though, which could count for something...
