The different downforce levels make GT hell to spec. The cars with all the downforce are better at street courses while the cars with less will definitely have the advantage at Daytona and Indy.

It could have been worse, during qualifying I was on the hard tires and didn't know it. I couldn't figure out why I was 2 seconds off the pace and changed all of the suspension settings and the gearing multiple times to try to go faster.

That's not very long of a race actually. That shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to an hour.
