"On hold until summer 2013"

...that's half a year....

LOL!

I saw that. Lol. I won't have any time to race this summer more than likely. Maybe I can run another season of this. I'll try as hard as I can.

I'll have to maybe put an end to my GTP career (in racing) in that timeframe, sadly. :( Can't commit, because I'm losing motivation week-in week-out.

DP specs-

Nissan R390 road car- 607 HP, 1062 kg

...that's it :P

This is a very good spec, realistic lap times too!

GT specs will be worked on, and feel free to help!

Cars we need-

Ferrari 458

Audi r8 4.2

Aston Martin v12 vantage

BMW m3

Corvette z06 (unless we get the c7)

Chevy Camaro

With the C7's release imminent; in real life and in game, I think it would be really cool to use it!

We will have to see if it can fit with the other cars.

I'll see if I can acquire a level 12 ticket, I think that's the only way you can get it besides the UCD. 👍

Someone said if you win a certain championship you get one... Not sure which one it was. Try googling it, it wasn't a hard championship :)

For tracks- in order-

Daytona
Nurb gp/d
Tokyo
Ssr5
Fuji F
Indy
Suzuka
Rome
Laguna seca

I can hit "target laps" in terms of the real life DP's with a lot less than 600hp in the R390. Right now, the GT cars are only a few seconds slower than real life DP times (which are in the 1:40s at best around Daytona). But that's just Daytona. Which is a mystery in GT5 in terms of lap times.

And....

Same. Target times at Daytona and Monterey are in the 1:40's and 1:21's respectively, and I'm 2 seconds under that already in the 607 bhp Nissan.

Isn't GT in the 1:48's IRL?

Something like that, but we aren't using race cars, so things aren't transferring over well. We went for real times in past seasons, and it was alright at best. I like the Nissan at 600 hp because you can't just slam on the gas and be on your way, you have to be nicer with the gas. If we put it at a realistic power number, it would be pretty dang easy...

I wasn't talking to you...

Anyway, it's still easy at 600hp, not as easy, but the Nissan is a great car.

We aren't talking to you either......

You are by replying to me. 💡

I'm giving input. If you don't like my input, ignore it. Don't respond then say no one is talking to me. :ouch:

If were going by real life lap times cool- it won't need even 550hp, if not that's still cool.

I think we're tossing real life out the window, and replacing it with some fun! So DP will be min weight and 607 hp, this allows a low range turbo.

Gt is still kind of a mystery, and I need to know how many people will be racing DP this season.
