Kinda sad I can't use my Toyota on Saturday. Will have to find something to use.

I hadn't asked as I was going to see how this race panned out, and was so close to the event I wouldn't be sure you could get a suitable replacement in time. So you can this time around if you don't have time. But I'm sure you found it a bit lonely our front on your own so much last time?

Well admittedly the only reason I was ahead was because I had an incredibly clean race while others perhaps did not.

I can maybe get a replacement, I've been away for the last week and tomorrow I'm graduating so time is a little scarce. I'll try my best for one, however.

I understand that time can be an issue sometimes. If you are able to sort something, great. If not it's not that much of an issue. It's supposed to be fun/casual afterall. Hear you Saturday evening. 👍

Anywho, the confirmed grid for Saturday is as follows,
GC255
ALEXR80
ADE3210
Fuelmyfire
Turbonato
GTP_Capt_D
Third_reign
Vassie78lfc
If you were planning on attending and your name isn't on the list, please let me know, so I know to expect you.

I'm not gonna be able to swap car... I have no free time today and no practice will slow me down. Perhaps we can see what it's like in qually and make a decision from there? As in a power drop or something.

I think a drop in power would be reasonable. How much I've no idea, it would depend on lap times. And on the say so of someone more experienced in that facet. Dave, Ade, I'm looking at you. I'm clocking 2:44.9 as my pb, but Will did 2:42.something last night. You could use those as a starting point?

2:40.00 lol

Tonight is Gary's 500pp club race. The specs are below.

Saturday 6th July 20.30 BST (Room open approx 8.00pm)
15 laps Spa francorchamps with weather and heavy damage.
(Weather. 0% surface water at start of race. Weather 25%, changability 4)
Any car under 2500cc
I'm not outright excluding any car yet, just asking that those that are inherently faster (gun to a knife fight) are only used by the slower/newer/less experienced to give them a chance.

Cars on my "gun to a knife fight" list

Lotus Elise
Toyota 86gt

Tuned to 500pp any way you like.
No more than 5% use of engine limiter.
Sports hard tyres only.
All aids are allowed but if you are more experienced I ask you turn some of them off.

Registered drivers.

GC255
ALEXR80
ADE3210
Fuelmyfire
Turbonato
GTP_Capt_D
Third_reign
Vassie78lfc

If anyone else is interested in taking part in tonights fun event, contact myself or CTR DRIVER.

Well the important part of that time is the offline part. On the one hand it means strict time penalty on eau rouge for cutting, but loads more grip.

Online I haven't been able to reproduce it. Just under 40 is the best there. I'm noticing the RX-7 is slower than the car I'm currently trying so I might go back to it.

Well whatever you use I'm not near that :P maybe the GT86 ain't so good 'round Spa.

I just got into the 41s... Just.

 Just to remind you my s2k is barely in 44's, so to re-itterate, ow ow ow....

that 2500cc is killing me thought, many cars I want to use except for my current two such as the 370Z and 135i exceed the limits.

Just took an RGT around at 500pp and it also was a blast to drive, sadly 3600cc there.

4wd might be a superb choice if rain does decide to dominate the event.

Well the weather was kind at Gary's 500PP event. Some last minute practice in the RX7 gave me a competetive time. Had a blast of a race, with some super close racing with Fuelmyfire, and eventually getting the last podium spot was great. Well done Gary, for the event, and well done to Third and Capt Gary for the other podium spots. 👍👍

Looks like you all had a blast, well pleased for ade in the rx7, lol and well done gary and third for the other podiums.
