That's interesting, what are the odds that someone would have an OC with the exact same name as you?
 
Well, I'm back from the first day of BronyCAN. I sang It'll Be OK (it's not creepy), hear Fluttershy say she's Batman, get my hands on a Funko Derpy, and play a game about shipping ponies. That is all.
 
Just found a really good MLP base for photoshop, now I can actually start making my OCs more Show accurate (As well as actually make them much more unique).
 
Today was the last day of the con. I got Andrea Libman to say "Stay out of my shed" in Fluttershy's voice (Apparently it wasn't a writer's panel), did a whole lot of karaoke singing in the video game room and bought more stuff. I also participated in script reading and read only for female characters. We did Lesson Zero and the first part of A Canterlot Wedding. For Lesson Zero, I read for Mrs. Cake and Sweetie Belle, and for A Canterlot Wedding Part 1 I read for Applejack and Rainbow Dash. As for stuff I bought, I bought a Funko vinyl Doctor Whooves (It goes with the Derpy), a blind bag (It's sparkly Merry May), a Twilight Sparkle bow tie and an Equestria Girls DVD. Also, an attendee was handing out drawings and I got a Bon Bon drawing, and my uncle bought me a can of the cherry flavored Rainbow Dash drink. Also, I played Super Smash Bros on the Wii that was in the game room. And found a copy of Sonic 06 beside the 360. Overall, it was a fun weekend.
 
After the original version ceased development 6 months ago, they've only been working on the totally-not-pony fighting game using a different engine which they're still trying to adapt to.

Production on FiM may have ended, but the previous build has appeared at at least one convention since then, and there is the a leaked file out there that isn't hard to find. It's already been used by others as a base to create more fighting animations for characters in the game that weren't yet finished, or even completely new characters.

The Hub Network shown the first "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" episode I've already seen- the two-part episode about Princess Celestia and Princess Luna as Twilight Sparkle moved to Ponyville.

Maybe my interest in this cartoon series stemmed from my most recent favorite animals- horses. I actually had an idea for a sort of mascot for my online work. I was torn between either a winged lion (because I love cats) or a winged unicorn. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are both winged unicorns. So I got to get a little inspiration from both of them. I'm just not making such a winged unicorn with the wildly flowing hair the ponies of "MLP:FIM" though. Not trying to recreate my own MLP pony with Cutie Marks or anything.

I tend to like Princess Celestia more, but as a night person, I think Princess Luna is lovely with the sparkly flowing hair and the dark colors. Both are lovely characters.
 
Does the EqG movie have her turn into that demon thing? I really need to get my act together and watch it.
 
Oh, I hadn't counted on possibly spoiling part of the movie with that post. Mainly because most people here who wanted to see EqG have already done so. And I thought you would have done it by now anyways.

If it generates more interest in the movie and gets you watching though, then yeah. Go see Sunset Satan do her thing.

I'm in the same boat. I have a perfectly good download sitting here wait, but I usually end up having plans made last moment on the days I want to watch it.


Definitely need to get on that.
