That's what I thought it was going to be, but it was actually quite a bit more profound than that. Actually linking the piece of music that inspired him to write it certainly helped in that regard.

I think that to be deeper,it needs to be more attached to her instrument,its not so much her like for music,but the usage of her instrument(from my point of view),maybe a liability for the usage of the instrument,or her inspiration to compose certain sad music pieces(like The Pianist or something similar).

I agree that the image with the castle is best, although that RD toy seems a little out of focus. It doesn't matter though, I'd still go ahead and use that photo.

I have the other one, where the camera is focused on the figurine, but the castle is flooded with light and all blurry.
Camera can't focus close and small objects with big and distant ones.

I'll send it now. Just re-reading the rules.

I'm getting a little ahead of myself with my plans, but once I'm done with all of the cars for the mane 6, I might start working on a PMV in my spare time.
Maybe "Sweet Child 'O Mine" or something else awesome.

I might not it all depends on how long it takes to get these cars done.

PMV? I've thought the full version of "Dragon Soul" - Perhaps this version with two of the english VAs - would be good. If you wanted to do a strictly Dash PMV, 8 Ball - [need for] SPEED would be a good one.

Also, I got GT5 back. I can't play online for tonight because I need my mom to set up the security on our new router, but I should be good to go for tomorrow.

I might start working on a PMV in my spare time.

Hmm, how about using Moon Over The Castle for a PMV? It's relevant to the Gran Turismo series, plus it would make for an epic video anyway, even though the song doesn't contain lyrics. I have plenty of other ideas for PMV's as well.

Also, I should be able to race online on GT5 tomorrow from about 6PM EST (11PM where I am).

It's probably more difficult, but I just think it would be more entertaining to try to sync of the words with the lyrics.

Maybe "Free Bird" with Rainbow Dash as the star of the video. But again, that's IF I do it.
EDIT: Nevermind, that song is 8 minutes. So that's a no go for my first PMV.

I'm not picky on the music or even the genre, hell, I just finished listening to Daft Punk right before switching back to stuff like Free Bird and 'Aint No Rest for the Wicked, but I know I want something with lyrics.

Also, I just listened to "Paradise City" again, and I think it would be perfect given the world of My Little Pony. But it's 6:46 seconds, so it would take forever to finish. Ah, why do most of the songs I love have to be so damn long.
There are plenty that I could use that I would enjoy making, but I want to pick something I really love.

Good suggestion, Toro.
I'll keep it in mind. I'm probably not going to be doing this for a few days at the least, so I've got time to decide.
And when I say "a few days at the least" that means at the most, because I might end up finding something I want to make right now.

I might give one of the longer songs a try, the only problem is filling the guitar solos, but I could do that with some clips of RD or whoever I choose as the focus being a badass.

I'm just going to put one together for the first minute of something a little later today and see what I'm up against. I've never made anything like it, so I'm not sure how quickly I can find clips and sync them up.

Right, I think that now is a good time to read parts 7 and 8 of The Sun Is Tired....wait, part 8.5? Guess I'll read that as well then.

As a warning, 8.5 is GrimDark as 🤬. Cupcakes-level stuff, depending on your imagination.

Its sorta an alternate-scene type deal. MaskOfData wrote Chapter 8, but he really didn't like the effect that the scenes were having on the chapter, so he excised most of them and put them in a "separate" chapter. They sorta help the story by better explaining some of Celestia's emotions, but then again they sorta hurt the story by being what they are.
