Move over Mazda 787B theme, my PS3 menu screen is about to become 20% cooler!

Although to be honest, I only really like the Rainbow Dash theme, so I'll use that one for now.

Ponyfied Star Trek II?

Nope. It's a short story that did the rounds on Pony sites. Can't for the life of me remember where this was, or what it was called.

I s'pose my favourite one is Twilight. I'm tempted to bomb my brothers PS3 with it, noone in the house knows I like ponies. It'd be lulzy.

Yeh, Dash's coat is also nearly grey in colouring too.

And this is the 720p set, so I imagine there was a lot more blue in all of the other sets as well.

Because shipping is "easy" to write.

The concept itself works as a strong enough framing device to hang a story off of (obviously depending on who you choose to ship), because relationships inherently have plenty of drama and tension to write a story about. In essence, with a shipping story half of the things you need to think about are taken care of by very nature of being a shipping story. That's why the high concept shipping stories (your The Party Never Ended or With a Heavy Heart kind of stories) are so much more notable.








And I just realized after typing this that it probably isn't what you were talking about, but I already typed it so I don't care.

Shipping may be different. I'm okay when it comes to friendly relationship. When it comes to sex, well that's wrong in my textbook =)

I draw the line at implied sex. I can take violence and romance well, but pony sex being described to me is wrong on many, many levels.

I find shipping easy to write, but hard to write convincingly. I.e., "omg you are purty let's make foalz plzz."

Compared to slowly developing a relationship. Shipping is either a crutch, or an integral part of a story. Let's be honest, it's old stuff, the boy gets the girl in every blockbuster movie, ever.

I've had it for nearly as long as Jim has had his, but I've never done anything with it except that one post on BronyCray's DA page.








You know, even if the universe doesn't explode like Twilight keeps thinking it will, Equestria simply is not capable of dealing with two Rainbow Dashes. Which was literally the first thing I thought of when I started On a Cross and Arrow, but its nice to know I was right all along.

Could the drawing be better? Yes. But does that make it any less awesome? Not really.

Is this in somewhat bad taste? Probably. Did I still lol? Hell yes I did.

It was a short story about an anon having a hallucination that ponies came into his room, and he saw Equestria through his wall but couldn't get through. It was surprisingly well written, and fairly sad.
