Yeah, I could probably do that first anyway just to see how it looks, then attempt her normal hair colouration afterwards.

I know I already have a semi-complete coloured image, but I think I'd have to start from scratch though seeing as the image I was colouring in the first place was a cropped version of the original (I was originally planning on using it as my avatar, but I decided not to in the end), plus I want to try and colour the full-sized original drawing.

I'll probably try it tomorrow, but there's the chance I'll suddenly become bored and start on it tonight. I'll probably do both a rough color job, and then go back and clean the lines up for a second one. The first time just to get the hang of it again. Last time I recolored something it did come out really well, though:

Curse my OCD with these things. a whole hour later and I've only finished the bottom 2 parts of the shirt. Looking good so far, but I may have to do some serious work with this finger, because it's very oddly shaped on the right hand.

Cleaning up this rough of a sketch is proving to be much harder than I thought. I'll probablyhopefully be able to stop myself when I'm done with the shirt and start again tomorrow.

Actually, that's part of what took up most of that hour. Trying to discern between what's excess lines and what is actually defining the shape.

I had to remove a lot of little, seemingly random lines, and I just finished the shirt, when I zoom out and look at it as a whole, the shirt actually looks pretty good.

I'm working on the headset now, and looking back and forth between the character it's base on and I can't tell where one part ends and the other begins in some areas. I'll probably just have to improvise here. I'm only 20 minutes into that, and it kind of looks like a 10 year old did it so far, but I did creat a backup right before that, so if I can't improve on it I can at least go back.

I worked on the outer edge of the headset before I start working on the details, this time. Honestly, I'm not sure why I didn't do this to begin with, because after defining the shape a little more getting the detail was much easier. I'm still going to have to go back and touch it up later, but it looks clean enough to not cause problems down the road when I do get to it.

I'm stopping for now, though. My eyes are killing me.

This Rainbow Tylenol remix is part of how "Da magics" happened. I was into RT remixes at the time, and though not a brony yet, I decided to check it out, and liked it. Then I saw more Tylenol ponies. The resulting chain reaction ended up pushing me to watch an episode to see how good the show was. Then the first episode I watched was... The Return of Harmony, pure awesome. Maybe it was a good thing that I saw the most chaotic one first, otherwise I'd think this show was a whole pile of crap! Or maybe I would still like it. I'm not sure, but I'm glad I started there.

And now I can get away with referencing Star Trek and My Little Pony all at once.
And my dad, though having never seen an episode, found out that Discord is Q. And I've started with the Discord quotes. Oh my...

I got to love the amount of symbolism that goes into these chapters, which makes me think that this chapter was fairly similar to the Pinkie one, I'm actually amazed that they guy managed to created another symbolic world based on Trixie's subconscious. Is cool see how her emotions play out for Twilight, and how Trixie created these barriers against herself.

There are no complains really, pretty good chapter, I'm still somehow a bit bugged by the redundancy of the Element of Magic(or whatever), but I guess it will significant since their powers just increased and everyone just develop.

Canterlot chaos is next and is a pretty long wait, I hope I can remember about this stuff.

And that's it for today and indeed this week, I'm just very tired of the city, work and everything(probably too much pony as well), so I promised to myself to go on a little holiday. So no computer, no cellphone, no PSP, nothing. Just me, some money, some clothes and a little town in the middle of nothing(warm, quiet and peaceful, there is a lake nearby too). That in case you wonder my whereabouts, which I don't think is that important but I still felt it is necessary.

Well, finished something thats been sitting on my desk /forever/. I made her as part of a test run of a Filly Pattern.

And my current stock of stuff that I'll be selling.

I also will be making two, normal-sized Gilda plushies (not beanies) as part of a commission, and one for myself. Because I've actually got no merch myself.

Colours are a bit darker than they should be, but I'm still working out my new camera!
