So far, the vehicle I've been wanting and searching for in the game is a...

RED Toyota Supra RZ.

I come up with no luck, constantly checking for it in the used car dealers.

Anyone else trying to find a specific car in GT4 that they can't seem to grasp? Either it be trying to buy it or winning it :]

I have a siler supra rz with 900 horse power but i have completed 60 % of the game so far the car is ok not that great i9 love the f1 car though that is tghe beest one yet.
 
I just got 100% a few days ago. I just got all silver liscenses, only 19 gold to go. So now, of course I have to get buy every single car in the game.

Right now, the cars I'm having trouble with are:
Honda s600 ('64)
Mazda 110S (L10B) ('68)
Nissan Silvia ('65)
Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 ('85)
Toyota Celica 1600 GT (TA22) ('70)

All of these are supposed to be used, but the GTplanet database doesnt have the days the appear listed in their classifieds section.

EDIT: nevermind, I did some better research and I think I got it covered, thanks to the "rarest car" thread.
 
What I can't understand is why you can buy most of the vintage American muscle cars brand new and yet you can't find them in the used historic show room. I'm not really complaining to much as it is nice to be able to buy them at lesiure with zero mileage on them.

However it doesn't really make sense that I can buy a car last made in 1970 brand new and I can't find a used version of it which, in reality, is the only place you can find one.

i own the PAL version and have heard some rumours that a vauxhall nova appears in the used car lot at some point. I am unsure about the truth in this and i am sorry if it has been mentioned before but i have strict internet time!!!Dam parents :grumpy: :grumpy: :grumpy:
I was just wonderin if anyone knew if it was true and when it appears and where. Crap car but an interesting and quirky one to have i think.!
 
I haven't seen an R31 Skyline GTS-R yet, only the R30s show up regularly. I thought they'd be pretty common used car fodder.
Maybe they're in the classic section of the dealer? I should probably check that before complaining...
 
I need help finding these 5 rare historic cars (US version).

If you can tell me what week any of these appear, please do so. Ive searched, and searched, but I cant find them for the life of me! Thanks for any help.

I'm right around 202ish and there is a red one in one of the used lots.
I'd say don't bother with it... from 64hp to 125hp with a $100k full tune? what a waste.

Has anyone seen the Sil80 in any color other than the light yellow? I'm dying to get one in 'midnight blue' !! :dopey:

Please. These are the only cars I need and cannot find them. I've looked 40 straight weeks, and cant find them.

I'll keep looking, but any info would help.
 
I think you can buy the S600 and the Celica at their respective dealerships.
Otherwise, here's the days of each car's appearance
Celica: 323, 372, 484, 589, and 624.
S600: 358, 540, and 673.
Silvia: 505 and 512
L10B (listed as Cosmo): 547 and 666
205 turbo: 582 and 603

I dunno if this has been mentioned but I was doing the Pro Turbo race and a Toyota Soarer was in the race. I want one but can't find it, does it appear on a certain day or something since its not in the Toyota section, even historic section.
 
Ok, I've found of the 5 elusive classics that I've been having problems with:

1) Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 ('85) - week 61 (day 1821 = 421 = 1121)
2) Toyota Celica 1600 GT (TA22) ('70) - week 65 (day 1849 = 1149 = 449)
3) Honda S600 ('64) - week 67 (day 1863 = 1163 = 463)
4) Mazda 110S (L10B) ('68) - week 69 (day 1877 = 1177 = 477)
5) Nissan Silvia (CSP311) ('65) - week 77 (day 1933 = 1233 = 533)

Woohoo, all used cars have been purchased! On to the new cars lot!
(These are US dates)
