Its fine to post the cars up before we start, as far as the classes go you will need to set the power 'units' to PS and just post up the power in PS (from the settings page after mods), the weight and Power to Weight ratio (both from your garage screens) and I would be more than happy to let you know the class the cars are in.

If you want an idea just have a look at my timepost (click the word 'Timepost' in my signature), should help you out.

Look forward to seeing the cars at Trial Mountain, and yes the bike are running forward as unfortunatly TT doesn't have reversed tracks.

What bike do you have picked out? I'm running a Gixxer 600, and its been a great bike so far, should suit Trial Mountain as long as I can keep my head.

Gixxer Aftermarket it seems. 600 RR Motoruigfjhdfb I just won it and took it out for a spin. I forgot the name but I will find out when I get back on TT.

I got my Renault Made out to spec, but why the ballast? It turns like a hot wheels car.

Now since I have 1 bike picked out does that mean I get 2 cars or 3?

Welcome aboard StrokerAce!

Technically, we are at Trial Mountain now, as of about 11 hours 50min ago.

You can have 3 cars AND 1 bike AND the control cars (The control cars are specified per track)

I apologise to everyone for my apparent lack of commitment lately, it's just that my Dad has only JUST driven out of the driveway on his way to Darwin to take up a new Breakfast Radio position, so it has been quite hectic around here for the last couple of weeks.

I will endeavour to get a leaderboard up over the next couple of days.

Many apologies once again.

Ok well since it has officially started I shall pick out my three cars of choice!

Ok question. Concepts. Can the Honda NSX-R count as a pick? They usually go for over 100k so would that count? If not I would buy a regular NSX. But MAN the Purr on that concept.....

2. 2001 Honda NSX-R Concept(millionaire's Class)

Unfortunately, Concept cars are not permitted. Only cars that are in production can be run. (Although the NSX-R Concept is a sexy car)

As for people dropping out. Holdenhsvgtsr is normally fairly quiet about his times, and Ed is having issues with his Internet, and is waiting for a new MODEM/Router.

If the NSX isn't a concept, then those cars are fine! 👍 Welcome aboard!

OK Guys

I've had a chance to run the GTi and 350Z around Trial Mountain, no time for a detailed write-up at the moment (but the 350Z did feel great).

Question! I see other users that have track mods. Do they keep the mods from the week before? So they stack from track to track? Or do they remove the previous weeks mod and add the current weeks?

Thanks.

Oh and I have my motorcycle chosen.

The track mods stay on the car for the duration of the series, and stack up. So you can put on 2 extra mods, as you missed the first 2 tracks. Also, is that a race bike? I don't have TT in front of me right now, but from the pic, it looks like it is. The bikes must be normal street bikes. Apologies if I'm wrong though.

Ah Ok so I will add two more mods and to each of my cars then add them to my list on the stat sheet.

Also, No that is not a racing bike, that is a steet bike. Found it a few days ago and love it.

Ok found my way to Trial Mountain and done some laps waiting for my cars to arrive from the mod shop.....

I cant get the Meganes gear ratios to match up with those posted, can someone explain how to achieve those exact ratios?

Set a time of 1'45.369 using the default ratios, car feels good, understeery as you might expect but fun none the less!

*EDIT* Ran the Clio and Ruf, timepost updated with times/current specs

Dave

Had a run out in all cars now, enjoying T.M more than i thought I would, seems to flow quite nicely. Timepost updated.

Had a quick run on the Gixxer 600 at TM normal (no reverse for TT - Boo), and got the replays onto my data-stick now.

So PAL TT owners can download it and have a goo laugh at my first quite shockingly bad lap (my excuse it's 1.30am here and I'm a bit worse for wear).

Just save it onto your data-stick in a file named PDI and your Main Menu Replay Theatre option should allow you to save it to memory card.

Time Post updated

Took another second out of my Clio time, down to a 1'35.875.

The Clio has come alive with more power, feels more like the 5 Turbo now with just enough power (301ps) to get the car moving round a bit more, you still have to watch it mind - with quick direction changes upsetting the short wheelbase and causing snap oversteer. Its quite catchable though and immense fun!

On another note I came across a second hand set of Mazda 787B wheels which have been machined to fit the Clio, its looking very purposefull with the wheels and wing, pics to follow....

Be good to see some more folk here, starting to look like this series is bombing....

LOL

Where are the stewards? Where are the racers (apart from Scaff and stroker ace)? Where are the previous two rounds results?

IM really dissapointed. This series has the potential to be great, and its going downhill fast over this last week or so. If the current stewards cant keep things going I can help out if required. Compared to VTD1 this is turning out to be a non starter.....

Stoker ace, you need to amend your timepost figures from hp to ps, as these are the units we have been instructed to use for this series.

Dave

I quite agree with Dave, and to (unfortunatly) make matters worse I'm on holiday for a week from tomorrow.

So my only chance to update my times may be tonight and I will not be able to run the next round (unless I get time next Friday night after I get back).

Come on everyone.

Sorry guys, thing have been unbeliveably busy here. I have had time for the odd post here and there between spending most of the time on the phone or out contacting prospective employers in the television industry. On top of that I am trying to re-paint a house single handed. I will get the results up this weekend if it kills me. To give you some idea of the strain i have been under this last week, I fell asleep in this chair at 5:30pm yesterday, and woke up at midnight, so I then went to bed.

As for Ed, he is still waiting for a new router to be sent out, so no idea when he will be back in.

I agree, this series has been a shambles, and I will endeavour to turn this around.

Is everyone's times for the last 2 tracks still about? If not, please post them up, and I will get them done.

You should find all my times in my timepost, which I am just about to update right now.
