Nice.

Honestly though, that's like the most uncomfortable road trip ever, right?

I cannot imagine a much more uncomfortable road trip. The guy just went way over the deep end. Being that much of a loose cannon now, how could you ever trust him to not do the same to you at a moment's notice?

It does feel like the season was dragged out a little. I'm not bothered though, it's one of the few things I watch and it's very good to watch most of the time. The Governor is playing his part so, so well. I'm looking forward to the next season and seeing what happens with all of the new characters.

Oh, finally. Andrea is gone. She was so annoying. You're next Carl :mischievous:

I've spent some of my time watching all 3 seasons over the past 3 weeks, and finished watching the final episode last night. I have to say the first season really nailed it with the pacing, and they managed to fit more into 6 episodes than season 2 did in 13 (the pilot was one of the greatest I've seen in any series). Season 2 may have dragged on a bit more than I wanted, and I too felt as though they should have left the farm sooner rather than let the story stagnate, although it picked up a little around episode 8 after it stopped being a vain attempt to find Sophia.

I'll admit I enjoyed season 3 more overall, but not so much initially. It took a few episode before I started getting comfortable with them getting settled in the prison, and the tension between them and Woodbury. I didn't have to wait through the mid-season break, but I can imagine the anticipation that cliffhanger generated. By the penultimate episode (Merle going out like a boss, and the feels when Daryl had to put him down for good), I was hyped for the finale, which... simply fell flat. It may have been an anti-climax, but it's not the worst I've seen in recent times and season 4 is something I'm looking forward to.

Andrea's dead, finally thank god for killing her off

I always felt apathetic towards her along with many others who watch the show. I felt nothing when she ended up getting bitten. All she did in season 2 was plan to leave the group, beg Shane to teach how to shoot moving targets and sleep with him. Then she tried too hard to settle in at Woodbury, got cosey with The Gov until she became aware of his true colours and wasn't sure who to stick with afterwards. By then it was too late, plus it's a shame that such a major character wasn't well liked in the end, but I understand why.

If The Governor ends up like this in season 4, there will be no way I could stop watching.

That video isn't available over here. Although I was able to see another one I found earlier that did work. Link

And with all the action going on in those 4 minutes, Hershel's apparent leg regeneration (totally not a prosthetic) is getting the most attention?

THANK YOU!!!

When does this air anyway?

It premiers October 13th according to the end of the trailer. Even after watching it a few times already, I can handle another 4 months of waiting.

Also, didn't new episodes air in the UK a week after they aired in the US? I'm assuming season 4 will be no different then, although I still don't have access to the FOX UK channel here which is why I'm not that familiar with how soon the new episode cross the Atlantic. I could just use my dad's Sky box to be fair, but that happens to be 40 miles away.

The fact that they appear to be moving in even larger packs is more of a sign of group intelligence, or herd mentality, rather than individual cases where a single walker shows higher brain function, or even the capability to think for themselves.

Don't forget that with greater numbers comes greater strength. So the two go hand in hand.

The Zeds are attracted to smell, sounds,...

So when they here a gun shot, every Z in a radius will move to the gunshot, till they forget their objective and move along, but in some cases (exessive noise) they group up as they hear the same sound and have the same objective.
Thus forming a herd.

They aren't smart, just a lot of them.
The heli in season 1, attacted Zed's from all over ;)

As seen in the clip, the Z are fed (Gov.?) thus they grouping up.
On one side this is bad as the fences won't hold.
On the other side. this adds a layer of live protectness :D

You'd think that after these couple of years ( I think) they'd have come up with some sort of suitable solution for keeping them out.

I'm guessing Rick thought that propping the fence with planks would make it impenetrable. Surely they can have night and day guards stabbing them, plus they could've used their manpower to finally clear the tombs. Then again, maybe they do and the horde just keeps on coming...
