Well today is a bit chilly, But a break from the hot wheather.

Windy, mid 60's F, Not a cloud in the sky :D

Might rain this weekend.

Chris
I know everyone in europe still hates me :P

I think that’s why you guys drink so much beer – the weather!

DQ
I think that is Mars explaining how much beer he will be drinking this week!!

That's quite amazing... Dunc is right, it was a joke 'beer forecast' but Sage seems to be on the same wavelength ;)

not just from Europe.......

Due to an area of high pressure, there is a very high likelihood of a severe downpour in London this evening, followed by scattered showers in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Tuesday will be overcast with a depression moving in from the North, and Wednesday should be slightly overcast, but brightening up later in the day. There is a 50% chance of a downpour on Thursday night, followed by a dry night on Friday night. The weekend should remain mostly clear, except for some isolated showers in the Nottinghamshire area on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Motorists in the Nottinghamshire area should be advised that driving conditions on Sunday could be adversely affected depending on the level of 'downpour' on Saturday evening...

you guys get a lot of rain, more than us:indiff:

it was supposed to be 31 today, but a cool change came in early, we got a slight drizzle, about 1mm (most rain we had in ages:)) and now we're under a cloud, but no rain:(

we are in desperate need of rain:bowdown:

we have water restrictions like: 3 minute showers, wash car once a month with one bucket of water, and so on:indiff:

come on rain, we need you:bowdown:

I'd almost take dirty cars and 3 minute showers in exchange for a nicer weather......

Yesterday was very hot. Today, it's much cooler (about 10 degrees) but I'm still wearing short pants and a T-shirt. It's starting off a bit hazy, but there's not a cloud in the sky.

We had our first day of true autumn today. Drenching rains and freezing cold pretty much all day. But as it so often does, stormy weather produces some pretty cool colors at sunset:

Yeah, it's the view from my apartment building. I saw that shot on the way in, so I quickly grabbed my camera and went back outside.

They said thundershower later tonight which is now, but I see nothing so far.

It's really cold nowadays, either raining or clear and freezing. And the home heating system just quit yesterday for no apparant reason.

Thundershower, huh? Did you guys hear about the rainstorm in Detroit? Oh, wait! Those are the tears of the Tigers fans! Owwww! Yes I did! I said it! Yes Sir!

I'm just kidding. Sorry, I just finished watching the game and couldn't resist. :D

it was only meant to be 21 today, but it was much warmer, not a cloud in sight during PE at school.

At the moment it's very gloomy outside, and it's forcasted to be like this all day. I think autumn is finally coming... It has been very mild for October indeed.

A few days ago we had some thunder, but nothing dramatic.

Well, according to my car temperature gauge it was 29F degrees this morning. It got to 30 degrees by the time I got to work. They are saying it should be in the 50s by this afternoon.

This is killing my sinuses.

It was raining all moring, the rain has stopped now butit's very dark and grey outside. The last couple of days have definitely seen a shift in the weather overall and the temperature has dropped a lot.

It's 63°F here, Supposed to get 44°F tonight.

*Edit* Not the warmest wheather to take care of 22 Ducks in....

From,
Chris.

It's 80°F over here today, and the weather forecast says 86°F tomorrow and 82°F on Saturday. Fall, my arse... :grumpy:

HAHA, we're anywhere between 60 and 40 right now. Put on a sweatshirt and it's really nice. 'course, everyone else up here is complaining:rolleyes:. Cool is nice for sports, not too hot to be uncomfortable, not cold enough to go entirely numb. Gotta enjoy this weather before the rain comes.

I love PNW weather...

Hey, is anyone here interested in or like watching storms and lightning? I'm just curious, because I love watching great lightning shows and storms, it's awesome!!:)

only if it's a good storm, not some weak light-up-the-sky-with-no-forks storm.

great thing is where i live, being out in the countryside, there's nothing in the way so it looks even better.

only 20 today, plenty of cloud, first time i've been cold in pants for a while

tomorrow's only supposed to be 19:( we don't get much colder than that in the Winter, let alone October, the lowest we get is probably 10

I love a good lightening storm, unfortunately I got maried and it keeps getting interrupted with, "Would you get away from the windows!!!"

i remember a few years ago, when we got like 60mm of rain in one day (we'd be lucky to get that much this year) we were outside with the video cam and we watched lightning:), one lightning strike was so bright it made the video cam go bzt for a sec, and miss it:(, we eventually had to go in because it got too close, but then it cut the power:(

it's like 12 outside, and it's 10:57pm
