The OP is quite bare in terms of raw info, so I'll ask these questions:
What is the race start procedure?
During cautions, is it legal to overtake cars that are off track or are pointing in the wrong direction (from a spin)?
What is the caution restart procedure?
What are the room settings (most importantly, damage and tire wear settings)?

The starting procedure is Rolling start single file.
Yes it is legal but when they are back on their feet and a near you, you must give him his position.
I think I already stated that but after my 2 laps I go into pits and you do a Single file line until you cross the line (Same for the starting procedure).
I've mentioned tyre settings is RM but I haven't thought about damage what do you want Damage or no Damage.

No overtaking before the line or no overlap before the line?
RM yes, but normal wear or fast wear or no wear? I would assume normal wear, but I've never raced with you so I just want to make sure.
It's also a pretty big difference between racing with no damage and racing with heavy damage. I thought you might be using heavy damage, as I don't see a reason for cautions if you didn't.

Tyre and fuel depletion is normal.
Caution would make it similar to real racing but still not sure about damage.
