That's warped! The thread is, though, things to do in GT4, which suggests that either you scream at deaf people in your vicinity you are playing GT4, or you are perhaps screaming and giving the finger to the Artificial Idiots. And also asking them questions, as the GT4 AI seem to be deaf, blind and dumb.
EDIT: actually I should make my own contribution. This topic has in fact come up before, and the hemi video has a particularly funny scene which reminds me of one particular response in that old thread, which is to try and find a car / race combination where you can win the race by reversing the whole way. I'll try that at some point. It should be good for a laugh

what i like to do is get into any car in my garage set it up for a bit of drifting fun... then I race at any track on difficulty 1 or 2 and try beat the race drifting every corner i can!!
if you lose by too much turn around and drift head on into the other cars to release the anger

My Fellow Planeteers,
I must first come before this esteemed body to appologize. Certain postings in this thresd, and possibly others, have come to my attention, as they bear my "signature". These postings are not of my creation. It seems that a fellow, no longer in my employ, took advantage of my good graces and has left me in most embarassing situations.
My computers at work, are available to those that work for me, and any site that I frequent, that uses a password, are open for viewing. the convenience of being "remembered' saves me the time of having to remember passwords. Unfortunately, in a feeble attempt at humor, this "gentleman" has insulted the membership, and sullied my name.
I do accept responsibilty for the inexcusable behavior of this poltroon, and ask for your forgiveness. I take these transgressions quite seriously, for I hold this community in highest regard. Sir Jordan and I go back a number of years and consider him a most honorable gentleman, and do not wish to visit upon him, or you the membership, any dishonorable deeds.
I am at heart a most trusting individual, I accept a man's word as his bond. I give trust freely, until such time that I deem that trust to be misplaced, as I have in this case. While this is the least of several transgressions he has commited, I find it to be amongst one of the most grevious. As I stated this community is held in highest regard, and his trespass is of the most heinous.
Please accept my most sincere appology for his devious and dishonorable, and most tasteless postings,

I did road rage yesterday in the Ram again and I had more fun then I've ever had before! I went to the Test Course, went backwards, and was doing 147 before I got to the intercept point. The Mazda Carol was in first, and I smacked him insanely hard. He flew all the way to the beginning of the test course curve (we were in between the end and the middle). I'm not kidding. When I did his in car view in the replay it clocked him flying backwards at 172 mph. By the time he stopped and turned around my Ram was a little black dot somewhere in the distance.

Of course we can, and of course we do. But it's fun to let off a little steam once in a while. Especially when you qualify on the pole then some moronic AI who is faster on the straights than you pushes you sideways, then off the track, dropping you from 1st to last.

That's cool thanks for your answers. Seems lately so many folks are discussing smash-up derby instead of racing; I'm wondering how many people here are actually taking the game semi-seriously. I personally get such a rush from GT (and some other games). When I get to the point that I'm feeling "bored", the last thing I wanna do is ram cars around and ruin that rush...that seems even more boring! whatever.

I love the game, just racing is fun. Actually my favorite part is the tuning of the car: better handling, cornering, accelleration, etc.
But I did try that hemi rage recently, and it is kind of funny...

A more serious answer is to do the Nurburgring in the Ford Model T. I had a lap time of about 19 minutes. Also you can break out Cote d' Azur and go into one of the parking lots.
