I've got 2500 paint chips, 1000 helmets and 800 racing suits but only 6 avatars? Wouldn't be nice to if we could transfer some of that data over.💡
 
I would like to see friends take on career mode together. I think that would be sweet.
Also I think since its on the same system the cars from gt5 should transfer over to gt6 that depending if they are available and what not.
 
Is there any news on a multi screen setup without using multi ps3s and copies of games. That would be excellent as multiple screens always looks awesome from gt5 so GT6 would be even better

Can the PS3 output video to more than one screen at a time though?
 
You'd think that race cars and even the high end sportscars already have high performance oil. And since when did putting in $250 worth of oil in a 1968 Subaru give it 5 extra HP? Nonsense.
I'm not saying it is correct, it was just PDs explanation for this. ;)
 
I'm a little late to the party and I'm not sure if anybody has mentioned this but, I'd like to see an individual career path for each vehicle. Follow a tailored path, one that the game decides, or one of our choosing within event restrictions. I think this could add some serious depth to the game. Each vehicle has its role.
 
Was nitrous and custom brake parts confirmed as being in gt6?
Not sure but kaz did say thousands of parts will be available in game (not sure if its each car or total in game including wheels, hoods, kits, performance and style i guess)

Here you can purchase a variety of parts including tires, suspension and brake kits, transmission, clutch and flywheels, exhausts, superchargers, nitrous and others using in-game credits and you can also tune engines and car bodies.

I think sequential gearbox and paddle clutchs are in game. Hope the Racing parts are, again, unlocked for all. Racing seats, roll cages and other interior parts with colour coding options are a wish.
And a big wish but a carbon fibre over haul for a big sum - Doors, bonnets, boots, fenders and even roofs can be bought, and there are a few kits that are mostly CF.

Choose 5% and the Sunday Cup is 2 laps long. Perfect length for casuals and beginners. Choose 100% and its 40 laps long and requires a pit stop, something the more hardcore would probably like. You also earn 20x more credits.

I hope PD starts to add more options to their games for the more hardcore sim racers, instead of tailoring everything around the casuals.

Grouping separate race cars as RM Options (Viper GTs-R Oreca Race Car as an RM option for the Viper GTS for example)

Shut lights off on the Skyline Pace Car (Turn on and off, not stuck on or stuck off)

Permanent dirt (Use car wash to remove)

Water splash 3rd person view when raining

Cars use gas at idle
Fuel affects car weight

Change two tires on Pit Road
Get gas faster on Pit Road

Ability to change driver suits online

I want to see the avatar enter the vehicle. And exit after doing a qualifying lap. Reason being, In the GT1 intro, we see a person walking in the garage. In the GT4 intro, we see flag people, pit crews, etc. In GT5, we get avatars to take photos of racing suits. In GT6, the avatar is standing in the garage, arms crossed but, if we had 9 different poses in GT5, what if the avatar becomes animated this time? It looks like the avatar may move around in the garage while we look at and tune our cars. Its like it wouldnt make sense if the avatar is just standing there in one pose. Id like to assign my avatar to do a race while im racing a different event. I should press enter it jumps in a car, leaves the garage and I see it when I return at the end of my race.
 
I think alot of these will be hard for GT6 as he's already stated that its turned up to 11 now. GT7 is a "best case scenario" for alot of new stuff due to the 20x more powerful architecture to work with.
 
Better AI, there is no way this should ever happen, even though yes I was on racing softs, it's still a 450HP car vs many much much faster cars, max AI settings in Arcade mode

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I would love it if they increased the car time rankings board per track from 10 to 100 cars (or more), to allow you to have a Power Lap board similar to Top Gear. :lol:

Also the ability to remove single cars from the track rankings would be nice, instead of having to wipe the whole board times. I'm an addict to setting lap times! :D
 
I'm going to suggest some things that would have little, to any impact on gameplay for GT6, or probably more appropriate at this point, GT7, but would instead be neat little Easter Eggs.

Say we see characters or mascots from franchises that have been important to the Sony Playstation's lifespan walking through the pits or working in your car in the garage, that would be neat. Perhaps even the occasional themed livery on a car of their choice?
 
These are small things but the Song you're listing to on your car's Radio if it has a radio like that, working clocks if they aren't already, adjustable avatar driving style (10-20, 3-9, 12, ect), ability to flip your visor up and down, and here is a really small but thing I'd love, ability to customize our shift knob

It would be handy, I'd like it if they took it one step further and gave you the split times also... but since GT4 I've had (or did have :( ) a spreadsheet running anyway.
