It's also in Forza 2 & 3, and is a top track in both long and short configs
Nope, Mugello is featured in Forza, not Monza.

No, not really. I think Laguna Seca is an awesome track, very challenging to nail it properly, and worthy of inclusion in all future GT/TT games. How about they do the absolute unthinkable, keep Laguna Seca AND also include one of the tracks you mentioned? I know, hard to imagine you could have more than one worthy road course included, but multiple tracks have been known to grace many racing games in the past...But I honestly think PD should cut Laguna Seca from all future GT/TT games in favor of another worthy road course such as Miller Motorsport Park or Road America. Why?the corkscrew is great and all, in reality the track as a whole isn't too great and it lacks depth/challenge, TT and the past GT games made me realize this.
Anyhow, does anybody share this same feeling?
Laguna seca is short, and all corners except the corkscrew and the U-turn 1st corner are all the same, but even so, the track is amazing, incredible...To propose a thread like this, you must be drunk, or not taking your medicine properly....
I must be the only other person to say this but, Laguna is kinda boring...
The only time you go 'whoa' on Laguna is the 'screw, and it isn't the same in-game.
No straights, typically American corners (as in wide and lazy) and one excuse for a hairpin. Remember it's Mazda's track - Mazda don't make no supercar.
This is not exactly on topic, but does anyone one know why Monza hasn't been in recent console racing games?
I haven't played a recent F1 game so it may have been in those, but I can't recall any others.

Actually, it does have another layout, known as the Junior layout. No, it's not in forza and it has only one layout. ( except for the old oval)
There´s only one track I´d like to rid GT5 of, and that is Tsukuba. Not only is it extremely boring, but it´s horribly overused in GT4 aswell. If we only get to use it as much as we get to use Laguna Seca, then I won´t mind it that much.

Why do people always want to get rid of tracks. It's not like we have a space issue here. I don't want Tsukuba to go away for 1 main reason: Best Motoring.
I take it you've never watched Best Motoring...
That track is a playground for testing cars in PD, and heaven for small cars...
I disagree, he clearly took more speed into the corner, and had a more defensive line, but his opponent did not yield. As a result, he had no choice but to jump the kerbs and hit the dirt.Just slightly out of topic: Zanardi is a great guy but I always thought this pass was illegal, he should have been penalized, especially considering that Herta - as a result of it - lost the championship.
