After calibrating my wheel 3 times, I'm thinking the Clio will make for some better racing with stock setups. The Mercedes is nice but real close to the edge with no setup.
 
I'm just looking forward to not having to worry about being beaten by a tune. Last season all I played with was aero and final drive. Hell I didn't even know the tracks so there wasn't any way I was going to play with the car.

Knowing the tracks is half the battle, ' GO JOE'
 
a quick reminder about something I've noticed with forced default settings. make sure you write down or make a note of the default tire pressures in the outside lobby before you go into the track for when you go to make pot strategies for races. the game won't allow you to go into the setup menu to check anything

Sorry but my POT strategies don't include tire pressures, LOL
 
unofficially, the merc 190e had the most votes and will be used for season 4. I'll post the results tonight along with the track voting options. Tomorrow night I plan to do some testing with tire ware settings and pit stops. Hope most of you can join for that.

Voting for Season 4 Track Selection is now open!

Each driver will be allowed to cast votes for 8 tracks from the list below.
Number of votes for each selection will equal the number of races participated in previous season.
(If you raced in all 8 races, your vote will carry the weight of 8 votes. If you raced in 1 race, your vote will carry the weight of 1 vote)
Top tracks from each grouping earning the most votes by 11:00pm Eastern Wednesday 10/21/15 will be chosen for Season 4.

Only votes submitted via GTPlanet Private Message (PM) will be counted!

LOL, I was the only one that voted for the girl car. What was I thinking, right. Hope for little wider tracks. Make racing real good with these cars.
 
I will open a lobby around 8:30 eastern tonight to run so tests with different tire ware settings and to test pit strategies to make sure things work as they should. We will run laps at a couple different tracks tonight. Hope to see a few of you there.

hey guys I had a crazy thought after that pit stop craziness last night and how it'll change tires for wet but not wear. technically we could use rain sections to run tore wear higher and have a more vast pit strategy. not really serious about it but thought I would share

No duplicate car numbers will be allowed so please refer to those numbers below and choose one that is not in use.
Please not that only one car from the following teams will be allowed so as to not duplicate sponsors (Convex, Bielk Racing, Apex and Shalstrone)
No changing numbers will be allowed once the season starts

Picked up a controller type pad today. It's integration is quite nice. Certainly will make messaging a lot easier. :)
