A small taste of a practice session. you'll see we use a pit drive-through to help mix the order and also close any gaps from the odd fubar moments.

So I waited at the end of the pit lane for Larry to immerge and dropped in behind him.

On the final drive through round, Jarrod in the background having lost a lot of time in the race, is seen to be back in the hunt, good how it all works out for the good. 👍👍

A little info first, this mini-series will be a two-man team event so we can give encouragement to your teammate. Why, because with real life we can't always all be here every week. If you're not able to make it, you still score the minimum points for your team.
Thanks to Larry for offering to keep a log of the points for each team.
Teams will be the fastest quali time with slowest quali time and so on down the qualifier list.
This series will be in 4 parts. Gr4 / Gr3 / Gr2 / Gr1 with teams of two, fastest quail time paired with slowest quail time.
Starting with Gr4 there will be 3 races in each group at different tracks each race, but you keep to the same car for all races.
The car is any Gr4 you wish, racing hard tires and no tuning, the room will be set to BoP and tuning prohibited.
Point system Larry has this in hand, I think there will be a running total for individuals and a team standing. You can have team names, numbers, liveries whatever if you wish more fun the better.
Not a lot more to say, straight races of between 20 to 30 minutes starting off with no tire wear or fuel. As normal I will introduce some with this.

Important Notice by the race officials.
Info
Damage and side-impact will be on as no contact is allowed of any kind, side front or back.
Short cut will also be on.
Penalties must be cleared before the next corner in races, by pulling off the racing line.
Rule
You must pass before the corner or around the outside, as late cutting underneath is not allowed. As this more often than not ends in impact of some sort.
Any contact, you must wait and resume the position as before contact.

So I have this right Antony would that make it a 8pm (20:00gmt) race start time.10pm your time to finish race by 22:30 for you.
I know real life, getting up for work is a pain when we run these things midweek.
Thanks for your input, gives me and our friends in the US being 5 / 6 hours behind GMT times an idea of what we can organize.

That gives me a bit to work with now, Antony being the biggest time difference we can move the time back to 20:00 gmt for the most part 20:15 at a push giving an extra 30 minute delay on start time.
We can also look at an alternate with maybe Joe and Antony being the largest time difference some 8 hours I think it is.
Casual race nights are just right for us, guys can make it fine, or join late and have fun, one reason why we've not done series or endurance races before. with these two elements added it does become more of a juggle, but I'm sure with everyone's help we'll still have as much fun.

I'm so glad you gents lighten my afternoon, just had to sort paramedics district nurse for my 95year old mother and my own problems at the doctors. So a little R&R is just the ticket now. 
Anyway back on track, we can always run two races in the series one early and one later if we enjoy them enough, just a thought.

Tonight event for those that can make it for no later than 20:00 GMT start.
If members are unable to make it, I'm fine with running another race later but with no points on offer if you were in the first race. Points only awarded to those that could not make the first race time.
