I doubt that it'll really make you any faster ,could be wrong though, feel free to prove me wrong ;)
To be honest, you can quite easily make it slide 'round the corner without the handbrake :D

I tried to lower my time and could not,(too much beer in today ...) also use the parking brake in the last corner (at the same time you slow down) and it seems that I get more speed ... The problem is that the ghost car chase bears away to: 00 750 .. (out of the last corner I approached him) ..... for now I have me: 01:03.570

Great time twissy. No matter what i think best time i can get is a 1.03.6 don't know what I'm doing wrong getting fustrating put about 5 hours into it. Any tips?

TooFat2Curious?

Not bad for a couple of old hens in the house.

I don't really care about getting a good lap on these Time Trials.

I'm staying away from the X2010 because I can't control that thing! As for the Roadster, I was able to get a 1:09.xx. Not bad in my opinion, I thought I was going to get gold.

Slowly chipping away at the Roadster TT, finally managed to get into the 1.05's ( pb now a 01:05.459 ). :D
Can now easily run low 1.06's with the occasional 1.05 thrown into the mix.
Next up : constantly running low 1.05's and getting into the 1.04's

Whey! Finally put together a 1:03.857 but made a complete mess of the last sector. :ouch: Then proceeded to set PBs in both the first two sectors on my next lap before binning it in sector 3.

Should be able to put together a 1:03.4/5 fairly easily with my split times, but I just cannot string the laps together. :(

1.04.050, 282. on the leaderboards.
Few times I was faster than Twissy right on the beggining of the track, to the first corner. Need just a little bit more, 1.03.95 would secure me a top 250 position.

Lol twissy I doubt that's going to be topped any time soon mate it's a superb last few turns you have for sure! Down to a 1:03.3 myself after a 25 lap go. I know where I gain time ;), but that is an insane lap which will be crazily hard to beat 👍

I rage-quit on the X2010 one. I love how you have a split-second time to react at the start of the time trial in order to make it through the chicanes. That's already a great impression to be leaving. I was near the very end, easily golding the time, and the stupid X2010 hit one of the bumps in the final chicane section, which invalidated my time. Unbelievable. :grumpy:
The Roadster one was quite fun though. I landed around a 1:06 on my first go, and shaved it down to about 1:05.500. Not too shabby for a DS3 user I guess, eh? :sly:

I was waiting to find an answer from here, but no. My RB X does not go more than 390km/h or so. Yesterday it made about 430. Have I been dreaming or what? Also I'm 10 seconds behind my best now than yesterday. Have they changed something?
Edit: I had very strange failure in my steering wheel. Was driving the civic R which did not go faster than 90km/h. 1st gear ok, after that poor torque. All buttons and so worked well but the car(s) did not gain speed at all.

how are these guys getting less than .30 seconds on Sarthe?

A glitch, similar to the one at the nurb TT with the GTR a while back :grumpy:

There is lot of those ridiculous times at the moment. I just do not get what the hell those guys get from that.
I'm always way behind from the top, but I would never cheat, not even a bit. I really enjoy the driving and trying to get better and better my own time.

You jinxed his time  PBonelli just beat it.

Few laps done 1.03.930 can go faster. I'm new to Gtp so feel free to add my psn. Clean racer psn is "GTP_sKuNkYz" thanks

Everyone's ragequitting on the X2010 challenge, but I beat the target time on my 1st clean run (and even then there were only 5 bad runs beforehand)
It's the London challenge that I'm finding difficult. I can't get a feel for the Miata at all.

1.03.752, 133. in the world, I am so happy, this is my third time being in the top 250 and highest ranking ever. Next step is top 100, I am sure I can cut another tenth. I was so excited I forgot to save my fastest lap :D

I'm at 2.18.5xx right now, but had many low 2.16 red laps.
I seem to be losing a lot of time in the Porsche curves, until that point I stay within a second of the top 10 ghost.
How do you fast guys negotiate that final sector, any tips on going faster?

I can manage full throttle through the entire section. Where do you mess up? It's all about your line through the corners.

Any tips getting under 1.03.6 in mazda tt loose 5 tenths in last sector to twissy.. much appreciated for any advice.

Just watch twissy's video hahahaha, just kidding.

Before last breaking, follow the track endings (walls on the left side of the track) and just touch gently the brake, be sure also to be careful with the throttle. I did it this way: going late in the corner in order to have higher speed on the main straight, didnt attack the curbs on the right too much, but two wheels on the right is a must. Your speed when approaching left side of the corner should exceed 63mp/h or 103 km/h and speed when going over the last curb about 118 km/h and over, dont know how much mp/h is that.

Hope you find this post helpful, I tried my best to write it, its not easy as english is not my native language.

Edit: not to mention the guys with 1.03.500 and below can help you (us) with even better advices.

Thanks dogzy i have noticed those speeds my main loss of time is right after the 2nd split time the right left right .. yeah waiting for some advice from the top runners. I notice our times are pretty equal dogzy would make intense racing between us.

As an advise, i lost about 0.3, but at the first one and second i was 0.0x, or even sometimes ahead Twissy.
1st SEC:Through the inside before the corner, brake when you have passed the "100m" downshifting very fast, getting to the outside and trying to pass over the 2 apex's(the one at the left before, and the one at the inside). Shifting 4rd gear at 119km/h

2nd SEC: Go again through the inside of the walls and barely touch the brake before than you think to pass at full throttle by the next apex and be prepared to brake and downshift inmediatly to 3rd gear, pull the throttle soon as you can passing by the inside of the big round corner to complete the second sector.

3rd SEC(maybe i'm not very good at this one):Just after second sec, pass the fast corner downshifting inmedeatly to 3rd gear getting wide but not almost touching the wall beaceuse it comes a corner to the same side. So you balance the car in 2nd gear through the inside of the corner beeing careful with the throttle. Then getting wide is the difficult part cause of the narrow street, but the most inside you get the next corner, the faster you'll go out of it(if you fail, the car will oversteer a little bit and that means 0.1-0.3). Last corner requires full precission, brake softly and don't accelerate, go through the apex one again, and pull the throttle again when you know you'll not going to hit the wall.

Sorry for my english xD.
Hope it helps you :)
