Well I had a bit of time this evening and did a big olddd grind on Blue Moon Bay. I was desperate to put it in a mega lap but in the end it never came together. What I did get was consistent, almost all laps were under 1:13 which was super cool considering how many different ways the Viper would try to kill you in one lap! Not my favourite. RBR looks fun, love the concept and the car is a good match for the track, I’m looking forward to doing a few laps here and there over the rest of the summer!

A pickup for my final day at BMB in the Viper. Another meh sector 1 did me in again, though, and I never could hook up a full lap. However, it was a big enough improvement to pop me back up into the top 200. Not quite @Dan_Tes's lap just above my post :mischievous:, but solid nonetheless. And I never did add stripes. That would have been a guaranteed tenth of a second and top 150, right? :P

Honestly I was hoping for a bunch of cars to choose from like group 2 for example. To me it keeps the TT more interesting if I can try different cars. (I have difficulties to mimik different driving styles with the same car.)

Mount Panorama will probably be a hard one as it is long enough to lose a lot of time here and there...

Anyway I enjoy the challenge with my beloved fellow racers in this great forum and will focus on that. @Pesselles @Saargasm @MrHatss @GlockPants ...

I really enjoy the TTs. It's an easy 1 million credits and if I like the TT it really helps me get better at a circuit.

I really miss this feature of previous GT versions where your timr ranking gets updated instantly & would pop up on the side of the screen. That was an instant booster to try harder. I dislike where we need to exit the TT to find out the updated ranking.

I quite like this track especially the middle part but this track (imo) can't be exploited at its best with Sports tyres. Then it becomes playing with caution instead of wanting to risk it all with Racing tyres.

You really don't have to use a wheel to go fast, there's plenty of us here that are on controller and able to set more than competive times.

There are limitations to a controller but we're talking a tenth or two in TTs at most.

I used to think I'd never be anywhere on a controller around the time of the Barcelona Gr. 3 TT barely managing to scrape a lap that was gold after hours of trying on the final evening. Just go play and enjoy the game and the speed will come.
 
Either my controllers are broken or there's something off with the Maserati.

Edit. Let's start with the throttle. I am at zero throttle input but after coming off the throttle (and when braking hard or just after coming off the brake), the game is showing circa 10% throttle.... Tried other things, this is not the controllers.

Well I know that I'm not putting enough of an effort in, meaning I'm not doing consistant laps everyday. I should if I want the reward. But I don't have any motivation.
